Abstract

Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pembangunan di Kelurahan Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir, Samarinda.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan,serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pembangunan di Kelurahan Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir, Samarinda.Jenis penelitiandeskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan, dimana indikatornya terdiri atas partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembangunan, dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan, dan dalam pemanfaatan hasil pembangunan, serta faktor-faktor penghambatnya.Adapun teknik analisis data,yaituteknik analisis data model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat di Kelurahan Sidomulyo berpartisipasidalam perencanaan pembangunan dengan cara menyalurkan aspirasi mereka kepada Ketua RT atau tokoh masyarakat setempat,sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan, masyarakatberperan pasifkarena penggunaan jasa pemborong dalam kegiatan pembangunan dan alasan kesibukan masyarakat masing-masing. Kemudian, dalam pemanfaatan hasil pembangunan, partisipasi masyarakat masih rendah karena hasil pembangunan yang disediakan tidak digunakan sebagaimanamestinya, serta tidak dijaga dan dirawat dengan baik. Hambatan partisipasi masyarakat adalah rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya partisipasi mereka dalam mensukseskan pembangunan dan minimnya sosialisasi oleh pihak kelurahan kepada masyarakat terkait informasipembangunan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the prevention of juvenile delinquency by the Department of Social Welfare in handling cases in Samarinda City. This type of qualitative descriptive research focuses on the empowerment and obstacles faced by the Office of Social Welfare. This research has been carried out from October to January 2022. The primary data sources are the head of the service, the head of the rehabilitation section for children and the elderly, social workers and counseling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display and conclusion. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study, adolescent empowerment will have implications in developing the mindset of youth independence so that they have the ability to work and gain experience. Barriers: on the financial aspect, human resources, shelter, the role of parents and public awareness. The practical implication is that this research can be piloted in a youth development social home in handling delinquency cases delegated from the Samarinda Class II Child Special Guidance Institute in Tenggarong.

Abstract

This research attempts to obtain information about the participation of teachers history in infuse of nationalism on student X in senior high school 14 Samarinda. The results show that participations of teachers history in imparting flavor nationalism to their students class x in senior high school 14 Samarinda is participation of teachers history in imparting flavor nationalism students are teachers as examples, teachers as inspiratory, teachers as a motivator, and teachers as an evaluator. History teacher found obstacles to imparting flavor nationalism to their students are background students is different, development of technology had an impact on thinking pattern students, the influence of the mass media, and facilities schools that had not yet fully sufficient in supporting teaching history.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Quality of Subdistrict Integrated Administration Service Delivery (PATEN) at the Samarinda Ilir District Office, Samarinda City, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. Research methods with a qualitative approach, sampling as informants with purposive sampling techniques  and accidental sampling techniques. Data collection techniques, with in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques with Miles and Huberman's interactive model data analysis techniques. The results showed that the overall quality of patent implementation at the Samarinda Ilir District Office, Samarinda City, was good, which was proven through measuring the five dimensions of public service quality analysis, namely reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy, and tangibility. The supporting factors, namely very adequate office service facilities, such as the use of computer devices and printers that are adequate in number, queuing machines and special counters that ensure order in the queue during the service process, air conditioning that provides comfort, both for employees and the community served, television as a means of entertainment for the community as well as to eliminate community saturation in the service process,  as well as comfortable seating for the community during the service process, while the inhibiting factor is still not yet otpimal socialization to the community by the village and the Head of RT that several licensing services, such as Building Permits (IMB), State Land Opening Permits (IMTN), and Micro Business Permits (IUM) can be managed in the sub-district with criteria and conditions that have been determined in accordance with the provisions laws and regulations.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Samarinda Ilir District, Samarinda City with the aim of analyzing the policy of changing the organization of the sub-district and sub-district, as well as finding out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the policy of changing the organization of the sub-district and sub-district. This study uses quatitative approach, data collection was carried out by interview, observation and document analysis methods. The informants in this study were selected using  the purposive sampling method, namely the Head of the Organization Section of the Samarinda City Regional Secretariat, Samarinda Ilir Sub-district, Samarinda Ilir District Secretary, and the Head of Section in Samarinda Ilir District. The data analysis used is descriptive analytical analysis, where data is obtained through primary and secondary data sources and then analyzed gradually and continuously. The results of the study show that the policy of changing the organization of sub-districts and sub-districts in Samarinda Ilir District has been running effectively which is reviewed from the coordination of government administration and public services. However, this organizational change has not been effective in terms of community empowerment.
