Abstract

ABSTRACTThis writing aims to find out how the correct procedure is when loading according to the operating standards applied at the ASDP Ketapang harbor, as well as to find out the performance of operational officers in the field, what if deviates from the loading procedure, thus endangering safety. The data analysis used is a qualitative approach to primary data through interviews and observations and secondary data in the study of legislation and books related to this research. This observation was carried out at the ASDP Ketapang harbor. One of the ships operating at the ASDP Ketapang harbor is KMP. PRATHITA IV, which is managed by PT. ASDP “Indonesia Ferry” (Persero). Based on the research, it can be concluded about the management of motorized boat loading for the KMP crossing. Prathita IV at the ASDP Ketapang port in providing services there are still some discrepancies between procedures and reality, including the occurrence of passengers who choose to stay in their vehicles when the ship sails. In the discussion of the problem, it is explained that they must lean according to loading hours, passengers are prohibited from being in their vehicles when the ship is sailing, and additional loading and unloading time on operating ships so that the implementation of lashing and manifest recording can be carried out optimally. Keywords: Loading, Service, Safety, Standard Operating Procedure ABSTRAKPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur yang benar saat pemuatan menurut standar operasi yang diterapkan di Pelabuhan ASDP Ketapang, juga untuk mengetahui kinerja petugas operasional dilapangan, apa saja yang sekiranya menyimpang dari prosedur pemuatan, sehingga membahayakan keselamatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi dan data sekunder dalam kajian perundang-undangan dan buku yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Pengamatan ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan ASDP Ketapang. Salah satu kapal yang beroperasi di Pelabuhan ASDP Ketapang yaitu KMP. PRATHITA IV, yang dikelola oleh PT. ASDP “Indonesia Ferry” (Persero). Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan mengenai manajemen pemuatan kapal motor penyeberangan KMP. Prathita IV di pelabuhan ASDP Ketapang dalam memberikan pelayanan jasa masih terdapat beberapa ketidak sesuaian antara prosedur dan kenyataan, diantaranya yaitu terjadinya penumpang yang memilih menetap di kendaraan mereka pada saat kapal berlayar. Dalam pembahasan masalah dijelaskan bahwa itu harus sandar sesuai jam muat, penumpang dilarang berada di dalam kendaraan mereka pada saat kapal berlayar, dan penambahan waktu bongkar muat pada kapal yang beroperasi agar pelaksanaan lashing dan pencatatan manifest dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Kata Kunci : Pemuatan, Pelayanan, Keselamatan, Standar Operasional Prosedur

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi  masih rendahnya kelulusan pada beberapa kompetensi terbukti dari rata-rata hasil ujian kompetensi pelaut pada salahsatu kompetensi yaitu 60. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pelatihan CBA (Computer Base Assasement ) dapat meningkatkan hasil ujian keterampilan pelaut Taruna jurusan Nautika. Jumlah sampel adalah taruna jurusan nautika angkatan 54 Politeknik Bumi Akpelni yang di ambil secara randon sampling sejumlah 60 taruna.teknik yang digunakan untuk menggumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner dan data hasil ujian kompetensi pelaut serta di analisis menggunakan spss versi 21. Dari data hasil ujian kompetensi pelaut di dapatkan data untuk kompetensi Plan and conduct a passage and determine Posisi masih kurang berpengaruh dan untuk kompetensi yang lai berpengaruh terhadap hasil ujian kompetensi pelaut. sebanyak 56,66 % tidak lulus, dan  43,33% lulus , kompetensi maintain a safe navigational watch sebanyak 65 % lulus dan 35 % tidak luluskompetensi Contribute to the safety of personnel and ship sebanyak 96,67% lulus dan 3,33% tidak lulus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan CBA kurang berpengaruh terhadap hasil ujian kompetensi Plan and conduct a passage and determine Posisi,  dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil ujian kompetensi yang lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the occurrence of the return of containers from the port to PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) Central Java Region due to not being loaded on the ship, delivery orders issued before confirmation to the depot, damage to containers during loading and unloading at the port and at the depo container yard. The data collection method used by the author is the observation method by making direct observations at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, interview method by interviewing several staff at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, the method of studying the literature contained in the book as a reference in this writing, as well as the method of documentation carried out by collecting documents deemed relevant to the title. The results of this discussion indicate that the prevention of containers that are not loaded on the ship by PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) in the Central Java region, reducing the occurrence of delivery orders issued early with effective communication between shipping companies and depots, minimizing damage to containers at the port or at the container yard.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bermaksud untuk memberikan Informasi tentang pencegahan pencemaran laut dan memberikan penjelasan tentang pencegahan pencemaran wilayah laut oleh sampah. Strategi yang diterapkan menggunakan metode penyampaian materi dan pengenalan penncegahan pencemaran dipesisir pantai. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu menyampaikan pemahaman yang mendalam kepada para nelayan khususnya nelayan wilayah pantai Ngebom desa Mororejo Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal, Supaya dapat mempersiapkan menghadapi keadaan darurat selama dalam pemeliharaan kelestarian pantai dan Memenuhi kebutuhan finansial lainnya.
