Abstract

Instilling the values of akhlaq in modern times is something that should find more concern, considering that lately the decline of akhlaq is often intertwined, not only in people of age but also in young people let alone until childhood. This can be seen from the complaints of some parents, residents and people who are located in the school area, that the deterioration of akhlaq also took place in the students. Materially, the lessons of Islamic History are stories of the past, but the scope is not as narrow as what is in the discourse. It is a culture that is widely reflected in art, literature, religion and even morals. In the study of Islamic Cultural History often a teacher does not connect between learning materials with the purpose of learning. A teacher enters the classroom and then immediately tells or dictates the story of history. Teachers forget that a learning activity conducted in the classroom is a learning that has a clear purpose. The purpose of a teacher in carrying out learning is not only to improve the hours of the subjects, but to invite students to develop the intelligence that the learners have. On the other hand, learning will be formed in students a positive change, be it from the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes or behaviors that arise after the learning process. In connection with this problem, the author wants to examine "The Role of Teachers in Instilling The Values of Akhlaq Mapel History of Islamic Culture in Grade Vii Students of SMPIT At-Taubah Karawang."

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of principal management in improving the quality of education at Mts Ibnu Sina. The method in this study uses a qualitative method. Research location at Mts Ibn Sina. The research participant is the principal of the school. The object of research is management aspects including planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The results of this study indicate that the principal as a manager plays a role: the principal of Mts Ibnu Sina makes plans to improve quality, namely holding a meeting at the beginning of the year or what is often referred to as the School Annual Work Meeting (RAKER) Together with teachers, employees, and stakeholders at Mts Ibnu Sina. The organization carried out by the principal of Mts Ibnu Sina by dividing the duties of employees (Tupoksi) according to their responsibilities. In practice, the principal provides direction and motivation for teachers to teach using various methods and provides fair treatment to teachers if the teacher gets an achievement. The principal of Mts Ibnu Sina did a gradual evaluation. The evaluation is carried out once every 1-2 months by holding meetings with fellow teachers and school principals, and the foundation's overall evaluation of education management is of course.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan adalah pengembangan kurikulum. Kurikulum merupakan alat yang sangat penting dalam menentukan arah pendidikan dan apa yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan pendidikan, sehingga berhasil tidaknya pendidikan sangat tergantung pada kurikulum yang ada. Peran yang sangat dominan adalah peran manajer, yang merupakan kunci untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Peneliti ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan berbagai data deskriptif namun deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumenter. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara induktif dalam tiga tahap yaitu organisasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berikut adalah temuan penelitian ini: (1) Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Leader dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum (2) Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Leader dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum (3) Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Leader dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum Kepemimpinan Supervisi Kurikulum dalam pengembangan kurikulum dengan membimbing dan memberdayakan guru utama untuk memberikan instruksi individual dan mendukung kegiatan pengawasan.
