Abstract

Asal muasal munculnya makan nasi berhadap atau hadap-hadapan sewaktu acara adat pernikahan suku Melayu dikarenakan adanya simbolis mengenai kehidupan masyarakat melayu di masa lalu terkhususnya yang beragama Islam. Tujuan artikel jurnal ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau memaparkan secara rinci terkait bagaimanakah makan hadap-hadapan pada suku melayu. Yang menjadi acuan daerah jurnal ini adalah kota Binjai. Kota Binjai memiliki mayoritas penduduk yang bersuku Melayu. Makan nasi hadap-hadapan ini pun mempunyai proses cukup panjang untuk dilalui, dan juga perlengkapan bahan pangan yang wajib ada di prosesi makan nasi hadap-hadapan ini. Hadirnya jurnal artikel ilmiah ini di kalangan masyarakat tentu saja ingin memperkenalkan lebih luas terkait makan nasi hadap-hadapan di Kota Binjai. Artikel jurnal ilmiah ini memakai metodologi kualitatif dalam penulisannya serta memakai model evaluasi. Model Evaluasi merupakan penelitian yang dirancang untuk menghasilkan data terkait nilai, jasa atau nilai sebuah fenomena yang ada.

Abstract

This study discusses deviant sexual behavior In Social networks where LGBT people are looking for a place to realize and look for relationships that take place in certain parties that help and provide all the needs of LGBT organizations through social media. Based on the phenomenon of the emergence of attitudes of LGBT people to the public through Social Media. The author tries to express the phenomenon where LGBT people are not only silent in the era of Globalization as it is today, They also voice their rights in this country through their Social Media. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide information and input for the wider community that LGBT people have been very widespread in Indonesia even in the city of Medan, so that we can avoid these actions and the community can refuse and the Medan city government is following up on LGBT people who have appeared themselves on Social Media.

Abstract

The Medan City Social Service is one of the Medan city government agencies that uses social media Instagram as a medium for presenting the information they have and reporting to the public. In presenting this information. The Medan City Social Service must pay attention to and implement the form of a journalistic code of ethics in Instagram posts as a form of social responsibility and professionalism. Some of the ethical codes that are considered are presenting true and accurate information, reflecting fairness, maintaining privacy rights, protecting copyrights, maintaining objectivity in presenting them and having respect for related parties. The research method used in writing this journal article is a descriptive qualitative research method by producing research related to how the Medan City Social Service has a strategy in implementing the Journalistic Code of Ethics on their Instagram posts.
