Abstract

The research is conducted in order to analyze the influence of working environment, employee development toward work satisfaction in BTN Bank (Persero) Karangasem to obtain of more deep influence of employee development ,working environment toward worked satisfaction in BTN Bank (Persero) Karangasem. Data is analyzed constructively by using the technique analyze the simple regression and multiple regression analysis. Research location is the employee in BTN Bank (Perswero) Karangasem The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 55 Operational Division employee at Transaction Process Division, Loan Administration Division, and General Administration Division, while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 19.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2.123, and the signification is 0.038. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for employee development is -2.160 ,and the signification is 0.035 This shows that there is an effect between employee development toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.798, and the signification is 0.005. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and employee development toward job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.182 or 18,2%. It means Job Satisfaction is affected by working environment and employee development as much as 18,2%. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pelaksanaan pengelolaan  pajak bumi dan bangunan di Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Kabupaten Soppeng, untuk mengetahui faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak bumi dan bangunan di Dinas pendapatan pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Richard M Steers yang mempunyai tiga indikator yaitu input (masukan), Troughput (proses), output (keluaran), Dasar penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan cara pengamatan (observasi), Dalam penelitin ini penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ,teknik dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Sumber data primer berupa informan yang berjumlah sebanyak lima orang, terdiri dari kepala bidang BPHTB dan PBB-P2 DPPKAD,Kasi BPHTB dan PBB-P2, petugas Desa (kolektor) PBB dan masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan  bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan  Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DDPKAD) Kabupaten Soppeng, komponen input belum efektif, sedangkan komponen throughput dapat dikatakan efektif, dan komponen output belum efektif. Hambatan yang ditemukan ditagihan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan datang dari wajib pajak dan dari petugas pajaknya serta kejelasan dan kepastian hukum di Kantor Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah, Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Soppeng.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of land and building tax management in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service (DPPKAD) of Pangkep Regency study uses which has three indicators, namely input, Throughput, and output. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using field research through observation, techniques in data collection are observation, interviews, and prime and secondary documentation, primary data sources in the form of informants totaling as many as five people, consisting of heads of BPHTB and PBB-P2 DPPKAD, BPHTB and PBB-P2 Kasi, UN Village officers (collectors) and the community as taxpayers. The results of this study found that factors affecting the effectiveness of land and building tax management in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service (DDPKAD) of Pangkep Regency, the input component has not been effective, while the throughput component can be said to be effective, and the output component has not been effective. And some obstacles are still found in the Land and Building Tax bill, both from taxpayers and from tax officers as well as clarity and legal certainty at the Pangkep Regency Revenue Management Office, Finance and Assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan salah satu program penjaminan mutu dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik dan professional guru, khususnya di SMK 2 dan SMK 44 Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan dalam kompetensi paedagogik dan professional di SMK 2 dan SMK 44 Jakarta Pusat. Pada nilai presentase penyusunan RPP, terjadi peningkatan dari 69,33% pada fase Pra Siklus menjadi 82,65% pada fase siklus satu dan 96,67% pada siklus dua. Dari nilai presentase proses pembelajaran, didapatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan dari 58,23% pada fase Pra Siklus menjadi 73,54% pada fase Siklus Satu dan 89,37% pada Siklus Dua. Implikasi penelitian ini terhadap kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh LPMP DKI Jakarta dan dilanjutkan Tim Abdimas Unindra Jakarta adalah agar kegiatan pendampingan ini dapat dilaksanakan lebih lanjut dengan melibatkan seluruh guru yang ada di sekolah tersebut. Ini diperlukan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik dan professional guru yang sesuai dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 revisi 2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pendidik  dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode Penelitian yaitu survey, subjek penelitian  sebanyak 80 orang  mahasiswa diambil secara acak di Uiniversitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidik memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Begitu juga kualitas tenaga kependidikan  memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah kualitas pendidik dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The pandemic has had a negative impact in the form of learning loss. Learning loss during a pandemic was not only experienced by students but also by teachers. Some teachers have difficulty providing an objective assessment, especially psychomotor aspects. This quantitative descriptive research aims to determine teachers' constraints and solutions when assessing student performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms and distributing them to several teachers on Java and outside Java. Fifty-two teachers are willing to fill out the questionnaire completely. Based on the data processing results, it was found that one of the obstacles faced by teachers when giving assessments was the unfriendly internet network, the poor quality of videos or images sent by students, and confusion about who was doing the work (self-made or assisted by others). Some teachers think about and do ways to handle it. At the same time, some others allow the existence of competence that is not achieved.
