Abstract

Abstract: Motivation and learning outcomes WB class X Package C English subject matter Descriptive Text in PKBM Mandiri is still low. This happens because the tutor is less innovative in applying the learning model so that in the delivery of the subject matter, the tutor still dominates (teacher centered), resulting in the passive WB. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the model of Quantum Teaching based on Andragogy. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the model of Quantum Teaching based on Andragogy as well as the motivation and learning outcomes of WB after applying the learning model.The research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The implementation of this classroom action research is conducted through two cycles in which each cycle consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Subject in this research is WB class X Paket C PKBM Mandiri Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques are done at the end of the cycle using tests, observations, and documentation. The success indicator of this class action research is WB motivation in learning activity of at least 75%, WB learning outcomes that get the value according to KKM (≥75) at least 75%. While the results of this study certainly can be useful for WB, tutors, and institutions.The results obtained from the motivation and learning outcomes in cycle I are: (1) average class 73.40%; (2) mastery learning 36,60 %%; (3) average learning outcomes 70.83%; Learning motivation in cycle II are: (1) class average 79,93%; (2) learn 90% mastery; (3) average learning outcomes WB 76%;Based on the research results can be concluded that with the application of learning model Quantum Teaching Based Andragogy can improve motivation and learning outcomes WB in learning English material Descriptive Text in PKBM Mandiri Sidoarjo district.

Abstract

The need for quality human resources is increasing a demand that can not be postponed again. Improving the quality of human resources (PNS) are a priority. The Government has taken various improvement programs, improving the competence of educators PNF (tutors) had not been optimal, especially in efforts to improve the quality or productivity of its work. The problems that exist are declining performance pegawi (pamog study) annually, based on the results of data obtained ang observation researchers are currently conducting a study. This study aims to describe and analyze (1) how much the relationship between the environment and the performance of Civil Learning (2) how much work motivation and performance of tutors (3) contribute simultaneously between the work environment and work motivation and performance of officials at the BP-ECD and Dikmas Surabaya, east Java.This study uses a quantitative approach to research the type of correlational and multiple regression / double, with a significance level of 5% to know there is a relationship between variables. Because in this research has more than two variables. The process of data collection was done by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Further data are grouped, analyzed, tested the validity of the data using validity and reliability.The results of data analysis in this experiment showed that (1) there is a relationship between the work environment with the performance of officials learned in early childhood and the BP-East Jwa Dikmas correlation value 0.995 with significance 0.000 <0.05, (2) There is a relationship between work motivation and performance tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java significance correlation value 0.950 0.000 <0.05 (3) there is a relationship between the working environment and working moivasi with the performance of tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java with multiple regression constant value amounted to 29.769 value is 0,000. Values closer to 0,000 regression models are getting better at predicting. Then the significance of the F count> F table (16.186 > 3.09). From the analysis of these data we can conclude that there is a relationship apes environment and work motivation and performance of tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java. Bena so totally relate significantly.

Abstract

Kekerasan verbal orang tua terhadap anak sering terjadi terutama pada anak usia 9-12 tahun. Kekerasan verbal orang tua merupakan segala bentuk perlakuan orang tua yang menyakitkan atau mengakibatkan kerugian psikologis bagi anak. Meskipun dengan maksud mendidik atau mendisiplinkan. Perbuatan yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi anak tetap dikatakan sebagai kekerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa serta memperoleh gambaran studi kasus dampak kekerasan verbal dalam keluarga terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 9-12 Tahun. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dengan cara peneliti datang langsung ke rumah responden terutama orang tua yang memiliki anak usia sekitar 9-12 tahun dimana peneliti mengamati secara langsung proses kegiatan sehari-hari responden, bagaimana proses orang tua melakukan kekerasan verbal kepada anak, serta perilaku anak sehari-hari yang menghadapi lingkungan sekitar. Peneliti menyajikan data tidak hanya melalui wawancara saja, tetapi juga melalui observasi partisipatif dimana peneliti memfokuskan studi kasus yang terjadi pada anak usia 9 tahun yang mendapat perlakukan kekerasan verbal dari orang tuanya sendiri. Hasil penelitian analisis dampak kekerasan verbal orang tua terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 9-12 tahun diperoleh bahwa kekerasan verbal orang tua memiliki dampak yang riil, terbukti anak menjadi kurang percaya diri terhdap sekitar dan selalu merasa takut apabila melakukan sesuatu.
