Abstract

This study aims to produce an Integrated Type of Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on a scientific approach that is feasible to use, practically implemented, and effective to improve social learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students with 10 steps, namely (1) Identifying learning objectives (2 ) Conduct learning analysis (3) Analyze student character and learning context (4) Formulate specific learning objectives (5) Develop assessment instruments (6) Develop teaching strategies (7) Develop and select teaching materials (8) Design and develop formative evaluations (9 ) Revising learning (10) Designing and developing summative evaluations. To reveal the feasibility of LKPD, a validation sheet instrument was used on two validators and individual student trials and small groups. To express practicality, the observation sheet of the implementation of learning and student activation is used in field trials. As well as to reveal the effectiveness of the learning assessment sheet instrument used in field trials.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the PQ4R strategy with social studies flip book media to 5th grade students of SDN Geluran 1 in online learning. This is done in order to improve student learning outcomes during online learning that is less interactive due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were obtained from class 5 SDN Geluran 1, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Learning activities with the application of PQ4R strategy through flip book media, there are two activities, namely teacher activities, the results of which are 86.25% can be categorized as very good and for student activities, 84% are obtained in the very good category. (2) Student responses to the implementation of the PQ4R strategy through flip book media on social studies learning outcomes in class V, there is a percentage of 73% which can be categorized as good. (3) The application of the PQ4R strategy through flip book media on social studies learning outcomes in grade 5 in a similar sample, namely the experimental group there is thitung > ttabel or 33,609 > 1,708. While the learning outcomes with different types of data, namely the experimental group and the control group obtained thitung of 2,262 and ttabel of 2,000, then thitung > ttabel. In other words, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of PQ4R using flip book media has a very good effect on learning outcomes for social studies subjects for grade 5 students at SDN Geluran 1, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

The need for quality human resources is increasing a demand that can not be postponed again. Improving the quality of human resources (PNS) are a priority. The Government has taken various improvement programs, improving the competence of educators PNF (tutors) had not been optimal, especially in efforts to improve the quality or productivity of its work. The problems that exist are declining performance pegawi (pamog study) annually, based on the results of data obtained ang observation researchers are currently conducting a study. This study aims to describe and analyze (1) how much the relationship between the environment and the performance of Civil Learning (2) how much work motivation and performance of tutors (3) contribute simultaneously between the work environment and work motivation and performance of officials at the BP-ECD and Dikmas Surabaya, east Java.This study uses a quantitative approach to research the type of correlational and multiple regression / double, with a significance level of 5% to know there is a relationship between variables. Because in this research has more than two variables. The process of data collection was done by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Further data are grouped, analyzed, tested the validity of the data using validity and reliability.The results of data analysis in this experiment showed that (1) there is a relationship between the work environment with the performance of officials learned in early childhood and the BP-East Jwa Dikmas correlation value 0.995 with significance 0.000 <0.05, (2) There is a relationship between work motivation and performance tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java significance correlation value 0.950 0.000 <0.05 (3) there is a relationship between the working environment and working moivasi with the performance of tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java with multiple regression constant value amounted to 29.769 value is 0,000. Values closer to 0,000 regression models are getting better at predicting. Then the significance of the F count> F table (16.186 > 3.09). From the analysis of these data we can conclude that there is a relationship apes environment and work motivation and performance of tutors in BP-ECD and Dikmas East Java. Bena so totally relate significantly.

Abstract

Plus guidance is the activity of providing guidance by social volunteers not only academic learning guidance, but there is moral guidance, religion, giving skills, fostering the culture of reading and recreation. This study aims to describe and analyze the motivation of social volunteers in the implementation of learning guidance plus at Sekolah Rakyat Kejawan Putih Surabaya. This study employed qualitative method. The subjects of this research are School Owners, social volunteers and students. In collecting the data, data collection procedures were using interview, participatory observation, and documentation. The analysis data use five stages including Collecting data, data reduction, rearrangement stage, data presentation stage or data analysis after data collection and conclusion and verification phase. the study applied credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. From the results of research conducted by the motivation of social volunteers at Sekolah Rakyat Kejawan Putih Surabaya is responsive to difficult and challenging situations, the desire to accept responsibility, happy to cooperate with others, willingness to help others, empathy to solve other people's problems, to put the experience as a volunteer on the CV when applying for a job, to get new friends, because invited friends who first became volunteers and to fill the spare time. Then the execution of plus learning guidance consisting of academic, religious, moral, skill, academic, religious, moral, skill-raising, reading and recreation guides go well despite inadequate facilities, but it is not the most important social volunteer priority is to make children keep the spirit of learning.
