Abstract

Potensi akomodasi homestay dalam menunjang pengembangan atraksi wisata, Pantai Tanjung Woka Potensi akomodasi homestay dilokasi wisata untuk menunjang kegiatan atraksi wisata.. Akomodasi homestay akan lebih berkembang jika dikelolah dengan baik dan wisatawan yang datang merasa lengkap karena tujuan wisata yaang datang merasa puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Ini juga akan meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan dari wisatawan karena banyak juga wisatawan yang datang dengan membawa tenda sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya keberadaan homestay harus berada dilokasi wisata. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan Analisis SWOT dengan penyebaran koesioner pada 10 wisatawan pantai tanjong woka dan 10 masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

The promise of the future can be anticipated by preparing superior and competent human resources. One effort can be made to build standards for developing Indonesian human resources. The Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) is used as a reference to recognize work competencies by job structures in various sectors. This research aims to conduct a review of the KKNI. This study uses a qualitative method. The research approach was carried out descriptively, including policy and literature studies. Data comes from regulations, journal articles, and reference books. This research found that the KKNI refers to Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework. The KKNI consists of nine qualification levels, from level 1 as the lowest to level 9) as the highest. The KKNI drafting team needs to use this policy as a reference when preparing the KKNI. The government and strategic stakeholders must continue collaborating to develop superior and competent human resources supported by national programs and budgets.

Abstract

Good English language skills significantly affect guest satisfaction and hotel reputation. This study aims to analyze the English language skills of employees in the Food and Beverage Service Department of the Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu Hotel. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection through observation of employees in the Food and Beverage Service Department of the Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu Hotel. The study results indicate that some employees have basic English language skills. However, some employees still need to improve their English language skills. This is due to obstacles in communicating effectively with foreign guests regarding grammar and vocabulary. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for hotel management to improve the quality of service and guest satisfaction by improving employees' English language skills.

Abstract

Tourist Destinations are one of the mainstays of North Sulawesi Province in achieving regional income. The strategy for developing Tourist Destinations in the region needs to be carried out to increase contributions to regional development, improve quality, and improve community welfare. This study aims to identify strategies for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Furthermore, this study also uses a literature study approach. Research reference data was obtained from journal literature and reference books related to the strategy for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi. The study found four strategies for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi: sustainability, environment, economy, and socio-culture. The Government, the Regional Government of North Sulawesi Province, and stakeholders in developing Tourist Destinations can optimize the implementation of the strategies identified in this study to optimize the development of Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi.
