Pengaruh Keterpaparan Media Informasi Mengenai Kesehatan Reproduksi Terhadap Perilaku Seksual Remaja Nadirahilah Nadirahilah

Accessibility to reproductive health information is getting more easy through print and electronic medias. This can be influential towards adolescents sexual behavior especially undergraduates. This study aims to find out media influence towards undergrads sexual behavior. Study population samples were 156 STIKes Jayakarta undergrads. The study showed 147 respondents (94.2%) uses the internet media to access information on reproductive health and respondents with sexual behavior risks of kissing at 62 students (39.7%), foreplay at 30 students (19.2%) and 6 students (3.8%) engaging in sexual activity. The print and electronic medias influence towards STIKes Jayakarta students sexual behavior showed a statistic significant (p value < 0.05). With more students being exposed to electronic media liked the internet and the television to access information on reproductive health, the risks of sexual behavior occurrence can be minimalized.

Adolescent is a period of psychosexual development which at this stage are very prominent change is when the sexual function of maturity shown through behavior change. Indonesia Adolescent Reproductive Health Survey proves that nationally there is an increasing incidence of sexual intercourse than 3 million teens who claimed ever done premarital sexual behavior in 2007 to 3.7 milliion youth in 2012. This study is adescriptif study with 135 respondents as study sample are early adolescent in the Hope Island Villages 0f Thosand Island. The result of this study showed that most respondents are adolescent aged 11 years (40%), 52,6% were male and 47.4% female, 54.8% had sexual behavior risk and 21.5% of respondents ever do sexual intercourse. Advice to government, social agencies, and research institutions and community servicein college in order to perform adolescent reproductive health education to adolescent in Hope Island Villages of Thousand Island.

ABSTRACT Corona virus is a virus that has shocked the world, The best way to deal with it is to apply health protocols. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting style and implementation of health protocols. The population of the research is was the all student SMP AL-NUR Cibinong as many 500 respondents with a total sample of 217 respondents. with the sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The results of research that have conducted shows that most of the respondents are at the age of 14 years as many as 32.3%, male 61.3%, get democratic parenting 71.9 %, and implement health protocols 64.5%. The results of the research using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (p-value = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and implementation of health protocols. with p-value = 0,000. This research is expected to increase awareness of adolescents in implementing the protocol health. Keywords: Parenting style, Implementation of health protocols. ABSTRAK Corona virus merupakan virus yang telah menggemparkan masyarakat dunia, cara terbaik untuk penanggulangannya adalah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan pada remaja di SMP AL-NUR Cibinong. Populasi penelitian ini semua siswa yang bersekolah di SMP AL-NUR Cibinong sebanyak 500 responden, dengan jumlah sampel 217 responden. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan sebagaian besar responden berada di usia 14 tahun sebanyak 32,3 %, berjenis kelamin Laki-laki 61,3 %, mendapatkan pola asuh demokratis 71,9 %, dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan 64,5%. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (p-value = 0,05). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan p-value = 0,000, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran remaja dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan. ABSTRACT Diabetic ulcers are wounds in people with diabetes mellitus that involve disorders of the peripheral nerves and autonomic nerves. Lack of information about the dangers of diabetic ulcers causes low knowledge and actions of foot care in people with diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about the prevention of diabetic ulcers with the attitude toward handling diabetic ulcers in people with diabetes mellitus in the RW 04 Kelurahan Jatijajar, Depok city. This research is quantitative research with an analytical descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 60 respondents with diabetes mellitus. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a non-probability sampling method. Data analysis used a chi-square statistical test (<0.05). The study found that the frequency distribution of knowledge about preventing diabetic ulcers was in the sufficient category of 32 respondents (53.3%), both as many as 12 respondents (20%), and less than 16 respondents (26.7%). Attitudes towards treating diabetic ulcers showed that respondents who 33 people (55.0%) had a positive attitude, and 27 respondents (45.0%) had a negative attitude. The results showed no relationship between knowledge of diabetic ulcer prevention and attitudes towards diabetic ulcer care in the community of RW 04, Kelurahan Jatijajar, Tapos Depok (p-value 0.298). Suggestions for the nursing profession to continue to make promotive or preventive efforts to the public regarding knowledge of prevention and treatment of diabetic ulcers. Keywords: Knowledge, Prevention, Diabetic Ulcer, Attitude, Treatment ABSTRAK Ulkus diabetik adalah luka yang terjadi pada pasien diabetes melitus, yang melibatkan gangguan pada saraf perifer dan otonom. Informasi yang kurang tentang bahaya ulkus diabetik menyebabkan rendahnya pengetahuan dan tindakan perawatan kaki penderita diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan ulkus diabetik dengan sikap perawatan ulkus diabetik pada penderita diabetes melitus di wilayah RW 04 kelurahan jatijajar kota depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden penderita diabetes mellitus dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling metode non probability sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square (<0,05). Hasil penelitian didapatkan distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan tentang pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada kategori cukup cukup 32 responden (53,3 %), baik sebanyak 12 responden (20 %), dan kurang 16 responden (26,7%), Sikap perawatan ulkus diabetik menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memiliki sikap positif 33 orang (55,0 %), dan responden yang memiliki sikap negatif sebanyak 27 orang (45,0 %). Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan pencegahan ulkus diabetik dengan sikap perawatan ulkus diabetik pada masyarakat RW 04 Kelurahan Jatijajar Tapos Depok (p-value 0,298). Saran bagi profesi keperawatan tetap melakukan upaya promotif atau preventif terhadap masyarakat mengenai pengetahuan pencegahan dan perawatan ulkus diabetik. ABSTRACT Adolescents are still vulnerable to problems related to their reproductive health such as risky sexual behavior, premarital sex, HIV/AIDS, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, and the intensity of exposure to reproductive health knowledge is very minimal. This study aims to identify the readiness to establish a Center for Information and Counseling on Adolescent Reproductive Health in the RW 09 Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Wetan, Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur. The research design is qualitative with data collection methods through observation and interviews. Respondents amounted to 3 people consisting of 1 regional leader and 2 youth youths in the RW 09 area. The results showed that RW 09 Kelapa Dua Wetan Village, Ciracas District, Jakarta was ready to form PIK KRR in their area both in terms of infrastructure, support and regional leaders, and youth youth support. The RW 09 area of Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Wetan, Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur is ready to form PIK R in its area both from the aspect of infrastructure facilities, support from regional leaders, and support for youth organizations. For RW 09 management to immediately coordinate and consolidate with related partnerships or networks to form PIK KRR in their area and youth youth organizations to form PIK KRR RW 09 organizational management and develop PIK KRR programs. Keywords: Reproductive Health, PIK KRR, Readiness ABSTRAK Remaja masih rentan mengalami masalah terkait dengan kesehatan reproduksinya seperti perilaku seksual beresiko, seks pranikah, HIV/AIDS, kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, aborsi, dan intensitas paparan tentang pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang sangat minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan pembentukan Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja di wilayah RW 09 Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Wetan Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Rancangan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Responden berjumlah 3 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang pimpinan wilayah dan 2 orang remaja karang taruna di wilayah RW 09. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa RW 09 Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Wetan Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur sudah siap membentuk PIK KRR di wilayahnya baik ditinjau dari aspek sarana prasarana, dukungan pimpinan wilayah, dan dukungan remaja karang taruna. Wilayah RW 09 Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Wetan Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta sudah siap membentuk PIK R di wilayahnya baik ditinjau dari aspek sarana parsarana, dukungan pimpinan wilayah, dan dukungan remaja karang taruna. Pengurus RW 09 segera berkoordinasi dan berkonsolidasi dengan kemitraan atau jejaring terkait untuk membentuk PIK KRR di wilayahnya dan remaja karang taruna untuk membentuk pengurus organisasi PIK KRR RW 09 serta menyusun program PIK KRR.
