Abstract

Web event management is an event arrangement with a web-based system so that it can be accessed on browsers that have been connected to the internet. Along with the development of information systems, events that are running can be developed in the field of systems, namely by designing a system specifically for this event arrangement. The designer has designed a web-based system for Festival Seni Budaya Kasih Semesta as a medium for an event to take place so that the event can run smoothly. In designing the system, the designer uses the Dynamic System Development Method as a research method to analyze and plan a web event design schedule. The framework used is Laravel framework, then the software used in system design is PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL Database. With the DSDM research method and Laravel framework, it is expected to be able to arrange system design efficiently and effectively. With this web event management system, it can help the committee or event participants of Festival Seni Budaya Kasih Semesta to attend the event smoothly

Abstract

Digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly transformed various aspects of business management, particularly in supply chain management. These technologies hold great potential to revolutionize supply chain optimization by enhancing transparency, enabling real-time monitoring, and improving decision-making accuracy. Additionally, digitalization and AI strengthen collaboration and communication among stakeholders while enhancing planning and forecasting, thereby supporting operational sustainability. Through bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review using SCOPUS and Google Scholar databases, this study maps publication trends and explores the relationship between digitalization, AI, and accountability in supply chain management. The findings indicate that digitalization and AI not only contribute to operational efficiency but also enhance accountability and sustainability within supply chains. This study highlights the existing research gaps regarding the application of digitalization and AI in sustainability and provides recommendations for future research to develop a more comprehensive framework for measuring the impact of these technologies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi antar makanan online terhadap peningkatan penjualan dan keberhasilan UMKM kuliner di Kota Batam. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya penggunaan layanan digital oleh UMKM sebagai upaya untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis dan daya saing di era digital. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan (B = 0.701, Sig. < 0.001) dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat (R = 0.787). Sebanyak 62% variasi peningkatan penjualan dijelaskan oleh model, menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi dalam mendukung penjualan UMKM. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM meliputi frekuensi penggunaan aplikasi (B = 1.860, Sig. < 0.001) dan perbedaan pendapatan (B = 2.716, Sig. < 0.001). Meskipun pengetahuan aplikasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif (B = -1.500, Sig. < 0.001), hal ini diimbangi oleh desain aplikasi yang mudah digunakan. Model penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat (R = 0.930, R² = 86.6%), dengan data yang reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.881) dan asumsi statistik yang terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa aplikasi antar makanan online memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung peningkatan penjualan dan keberhasilan UMKM, meskipun terdapat ruang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, khususnya dalam mendukung pencapaian target volume penjualan.
