Abstract

Keberhasilan penjualan suatu peruhaan tidak terlepas dari strategi pemasaran yang tepat, Strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan membawa keberhasilan dalam penjualan produk. Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang berkompetisi untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa proses kegiatan dalam strategi bauran pemasaran 7P yang diterapkan PT. Jaya Medika Karunia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penjualan yang dilakukan PT. Jaya Medika Karunia secara B2B sudah berjalan dengan baik sedangkan penjualan melalui marketplace mengalami penurunan karena persaingan harga, namun PT. Jaya Medika Karunia tidak mempermasalahkan karena fokus utama adalah penjualan melalui B2B.

Abstract

The anti-drug campaign is still being carried out by the government to reduce the number of drug abuse. Through the BNNK Sleman, areas in Sleman Regency continue to make efforts to prevent and assist the community. The activities carried out are a form of anti-drug campaign efforts. There are still cases of drug abuse that have even begun to target teenagers, which is a problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Researchers will see how the effectiveness of the prevention program carried out is related to the anti-drug campaign in Sleman Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the BNNK Sleman has carried out several prevention activities, namely the Shining Village Program, Family Resilience, Youth Resilience, KIE, Counseling, and utilization through social media. Activities that have been carried out by the BNNK Sleman through the P2M sub-sector related to prevention within the framework of the anti-drug campaign have been quite effective and right on target. Demonstrated by the understanding and application of the material that has been obtained during the activity. In addition, there has been awareness from the community regarding the anti-drug campaign as indicated by the many requests from the public for the BNNK Sleman to provide assistance as well as outreach and education to the community.

Abstract

As one of the government agencies in Indonesia, public relations within the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency has an obligation to provide information related to policies, as well as with new regulations stipulated by members of the council. Public Relations itself has an important role and an important function as well in assisting a task from the government related to the delivery of information and mediation using various mass media and online media. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the functions of a public relations officer within the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive by selecting an informant using a purposive sampling technique. The results of research from a public relations officer at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency are In this case it shows that the role according to the expert above shows that there are only three roles related to the functions and duties within the scope of public relations of the Pati Regency Dprd Secretariat, namely as a Communication Facilitator (Communication Facilitator). , As a Problem Solving Process Facilitator, and as a Communication Technician and expert advisors are not included because the public relations agency Secretariat of the Pati Regency Dprd is an institution that is still under the auspices of the Pati regional government where all responsibilities such as duties and the function is determined by the regional government of Pati. That way this institution does not stand alone but is still under the auspices of the Pati district government.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the use of Instagram social media in the marketing strategy of the Marketing Department of Yogyakarta City Tourism Office. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this study was from the Instagram account @wisata.jogjakota which the Marketing Department of the Yogyakarta City Tourism Office manages. The analysis technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman analysis model which consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification. Instagram social media in the marketing strategy of the Tourism Marketing Department of Yogyakarta City show that technological developments in this era affect how people search for and share information. Abstract

Musik dibuat oleh orang atau sekelompok orang yang ingin mengatakan sesuatu kepada penonton. Musik digunakan oleh pencipta atau musisi untuk menyampaikan konsep. Musik menyediakan sarana bagi musisi untuk mengekspresikan ide dan pesan yang ingin mereka sampaikan. Komunikasi adalah salah satu tujuan musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dikarenakan data-data yang diperoleh berupa kata-kata atau lirik lagu itu sendiri, dokumentasi dari portal berita yang membahas lagu tersebut serta wawancara kepada pencipta lagu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis semiotik lirik lagu "Fake As F*ck" dari Fade2Black. Berdasarkan analisis semiotik lirik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa trikotomi pertama sering kali memiliki makna indeks dan simbol. Pada trikotomi kedua, makna umum dapat dijelaskan sebagai fakta bahwa masih banyak kata-kata yang representatif tetapi tidak dapat menjadi tanda karena ketidaktepatan representasi. Pada trikotomi ketiga, maknanya menonjol, mengungkapkan bahwa karakternya adalah preposisi dan karya tersebut berfungsi sebagai pengantar.

Abstract

The development of technology and information has presented various types of online games, one of which is PUBG Mobile, which is popular among young people and students. In this game, virtual communication plays a crucial role in conveying information, strategy, and emotions when playing together, which has a direct impact on success and victory in the game. In the context of a team game like PUBG Mobile, effective interpersonal communication is a key factor in achieving success. This study aims to investigate the ways of interpersonal communication between players in the PUBG Mobile game. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, which is systematic and objective. The research sample was selected using a non-probability purposive sampling method. Aspects of communication, such as openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality, will be measured based on the theory proposed by Joseph A. DeVito as research variables. The research results highlight the importance of effective interpersonal communication in achieving success in the game. Key factors such as openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality were identified as elements that shape communication within the team. This research provides insight that effective interpersonal communication directly affects team performance, and players can improve collaboration and coordination in games by paying attention to these factors.

Abstract

Management strategy is an importantl part of an organization, involving decision-making plans that utilize available resources to achieve the established vision and objectives. This research was conducted due to an interest in the management process of the temporary exhibition "Narawandira" at the Yogyakarta Palace, aiming to achieve success in its organization. The research utilized a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interviews and direct observations to obtain comprehensive results and information for the study. The research findings, following Joe Goldblatt's event management process, which consists of research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation, demonstrate that the event management strategy involving the five-step process has been successfully applied in organizing the "Narawandira" temporary exhibition in 2023 at the Yogyakarta Palace. Through research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation, the exhibition effectively implemented the event management strategy with the objective of conveying the message about the relationship between humans and nature, as well as presenting reflections on the continuity of nature conservation and changes throughout time.

Abstract

The importance of Instagram as a social media that is useful as a platform for spreading information and communication. The effectiveness of the dissemination of information and communication is certainly influenced by the content posted on Instagram. This is of course related to content criteria that match the audience on social media Instagram. This study discusses the application of design principles to Instagram kpu diy. This study aims to determine the application of existing design principles to content on Instagram by the General Election Commission of the Special Region of Yogyakarta as an information center for the community. This research was analyzed by theoretical and empirical studies, then described and interpreted based on the research results. The population in this study uses the DIY KPU Instagram feed design. The sample in this study uses a simple random sampling technique, namely choosing a design that is less relevant or in accordance with existing design principles. The results of research on this design can be described based on an analysis of some of the content that is not in accordance with the principles of graphic design which will then be related to the information conveyed to the audience whether it meets the information needs of the readers. The results of this study can be concluded that the Diy KPU's Instagram found some content that was not in accordance with design principles, and also information about elections that was conveyed on the Diy KPU's content was mostly covered with internal KPU DIY information

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pandemi memberikan dampak negatif pada UMKM. Meskipun saat ini UMKM sudah bisa beroperasional secara penuh, akan tetapi masih banyak memiliki permasalahan yang mengakibatkan daya saing produk usaha mereka masih rendah, salah satunya UMKM Sumber Sehat. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai strategi pemasaran, dan membuatkan beberapa bentuk luaran untuk keperluan promosi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yakni memberikan pelatihan dan pembuatan karya yang diinisiasi oleh Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta dan dilaksanakan di Desa Plumbon Kidul RT 03 / RW 014, Mororejo, Kec. Tempel, Kab. Sleman, DIY. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan ini, mitra mendapatkan identitas usaha berupa desain logo. Memberi pembaharuan terhadap desain packaging. Memiliki P-IRT dan memiliki konten promosi berupa photo dan video produk. Tidak hanya itu pengelola dan masyarakat juga mendapat keilmuan baru mengenai strategi pemasaran yang disampaikan melalui seminar di lokasi. Dan keseluruhan kegiatan ini juga telah dipublikasi di media massa.

Abstract

In a modern era as it is today, technology is developing very rapidly, so the media industry must also grow.The mass media, especially radio, must go hand in hand with globalization and the Internet to survive, let alone society has shifted from digital media to conversional, so convergence is a solution to keep radio heard by the public. Media convergence is the integration of the traditional telecommunications media with the Internet. The Radio of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) is the only radio station owned by the State of the Union of Indonesia. (NKRI). The aim of this research is to know and explain the form of Yogyakarta RRI strategy inining its existence in the digital age. The theory used in this study is Henry Jenkins' theory by uniting the 3c of computing, communication, and content. The study uses qualitative methods and participant observation. The results of this study found that the step RRI Yogyakarta took to preserve its existence in this digital age was by making convergence. Convergence carried out by RRI Yogyakarta among others Website, RRI Go Play, Chanel Youtube and RRI Net. The impact of the convergence done by Yogyakarta RRI is the ease of access, the public can access and can enjoy through smartphone anywhere and anytime.
