Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork, work spirit and work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency.This research uses quantitative research methods using a descriptive approach . The population in this study were 46 employees at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency office with a total sample of 46 respondents and sampling using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is in the form of data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (test t and F test).Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 2.767 + 0.962 X1 + 0.425 X2 + 0.545 X3. The results of the study and the hypothesis show that teamwork (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), tcount > ttable (9,027 > 2,016) and (sig <α = 0.000 < 0.050), work morale (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance ( Y), tcount > ttable (3.709 > 2.016) and (sig<α = 0.001 < 0.050)., Work discipline (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), tcount > ttable (4,713 > 2.016) and (sig<α = 0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously Teamwork (X1), work spirit (X2) and work discipline (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency Office. This result is evidenced by the f test which shows that among them Fcount > Ftable, namely (61.094 > 4.051 and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050).Keywords: Teamwork, Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and work environment on employee work productivity in the As-Syifa cracker industry in Bengkulu City. The research was conducted on Bengkulu City As-Syifa Crackers Employees, the population used in this study were employees who worked on the Bengkulu City As-Syifa Crackers Industry, the number of samples used was 33 respondents, using census techniques. Data that has been collected is processed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t Test), Simultaneous Test (Test f). From the results of this study indicate that partially Work Ethic has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity with a value of α = 0,000, and the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Productivity with a value of α = 0.017, While the Work Ethic f Test (X1) and Work Environment (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Productivity (Y) in the As-Syifa Crackers Industry in Bengkulu City. An overall significant level of α = 0,000. And has a regression equation Y = 2,999 + 0.370 (X1) + 0.438 (X2). And the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R Square value is 0.838. Where the coefficient of determination means that jointly the Work Ethic and Work Environment contribute to influencing Employee Work Productivity in the As-Syifa Crackers Industry in Bengkulu City. And the most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is the Work Environment variable (X2) with a value = 0.438. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan duta ponsel x-tra Bengkulu dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan handphone Vivo melalui analisis Swot. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah owner dan karyawan Duta Ponsel X-Tra Bengkulu yang tepatnya berada di Jl. Kalimantan (Rawamakmur). Metode penarikan sampel mengunakan teknik  Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang mengacu pada konsep 4P (Produk, Price, Promotion, Place) selanjutnya digunakan analisis SWOT yaitu dengan mengamati kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Teknik Analisis Data Matriks EFE MATRIKS IFE Matriks IE.  Perhitungan matrik EFAS sebesar -0,95 dan matrik IFAS sebesar +2,06 yang kemudian digambarkan dalam analisis SWOT, maka dapat diketahui konter Duta Ponsel X-tra Kota Bengkulu berada pada kuadran II. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan ini kuat namun menghadapi tantangan yang besar sehingga memerlukan strategi dengan cara diversifikasi strategi. maka peneliti membatasi dan membahas mengenai strategi peningkatan volume penjualan handphonee Vivo melalui analisi Swot pada konter Duta Ponsel X-tra Kota Bengkulu. Kata kunci : Strategi, Analisis IFAS dan EFAS, Analisis SWOT
