Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price discount, bonus pack, and celebrity endorser toward purchase intention of Moy Stuff online Shop in Bengkulu City. The sample of this research was 180 people of Moy Stuff online shop Consumers in Bengkulu City. This study used observation and questionnaires as techniques for collecting data. Several data analysis techniques were used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests show that the variable price discount (X1), bonus pack (X2), celebrity endorser (X3) have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchase intention on Moy Stuff online shop in Bengkulu city. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is Y= 0.521 + 0.294 (X1) + 0.135 (X2) + 0.459 (X3). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon harga, paket bonus, dan celebrity endorser terhadap niat beli online shop Moy Stuff di Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 180 orang Konsumen online shop Moy Stuff di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain dengan menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis responden, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinan, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon harga (X1), paket bonus (X2), celebrity endorser (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap niat beli online shop Moy Stuff di kota Bengkulu. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi adalah Y= 0,521 + 0,294 (X1) + 0,135 (X2) + 0,459 (X3). Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance Keyword: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations on purchasing decisions (case study of Kampung Kecil Restaurant of Bengkulu City). The problem in this study was whether the store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations affect the purchasing decisions. There were 80 respondents as the samples taken by accident (accidental sampling). The data was collected by using the questionnaire. The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the store atmosphere had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers in the Kampung Kecil restaurant because a significant value of 0.046 was lower than 0.05. The promotion had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers because a significant value of 0.015 was lower than 0.05. The Product variations also had a significant effect on the consumer of purchasing decision because a significant value of 0.00 was lower than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square was 0.721. It meant that the purchasing decision can be explained 72.1% by the independent variables namely the store atmosphere, promotion, and product variations. While the rest (100-72.1% = 27.9%) is affected by other factors that are not examined in this research. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Promotions, Product Variations, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity at PT. Agro Muko RMO Mukomuko. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 46 employees in the palm oil production division. The sampling technique of this study was to use saturated sampling in which a total population was sampled as many as 46 employees. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test shows that the Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity at PT. Agro Muko RMO Mukomuko where the calculated F value (9.833)> F table (3.21). While partially Work Environment variables significantly influence Work Productivity where the value of t arithmetic (2,664)> t table (2,014) and Organizational Culture variables significantly influence Work Productivity with t arithmetic (2,454)> t table (2,014). The results of the coefficient of determination of R Square is equal to 0.314. This means that Work Productivity can be influenced by 31.4% by the independent variable Work Environment and Organizational Culture. While the rest (100% - 31.4% = 68.6%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Cabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering, Pematang Village, Governor of Muara Bangkahulu Subdistrict, Bengkulu City (2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Vabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Dry, Pemarang Village, Governor of Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District, Bengkulu City (3) The effect of compensation on the performance of the employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Cabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering Pematang Village, Governor of Muara Subdistrict, Bangkah, the Capital of Bengkulu. This research method is quantitative with a population of 68 people which will use the sampling technique formula meaning the whole respondent. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires, the research variables are leadership style (X1) morale (X2) compensation (X3) and employee performance (y). the results of multiple linear equations y = 8,689 + 0.289 (X1) + 0.384 (X2) + 0.230 (X3). Hypothesis testing results leadership style variables (X1) morale (X2) and compensation (X3) f test results obtained fig 27,988 and the significance value (sig) 0,000 results can be interpreted as a significance value of 0,000<0.050 then it can be interpreted that H3 is accepted means simultaneously the leadership style, morale and compensation variables significantly influence employee performance at PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Bengkulu City Branch Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering, Pematang Urban Village, the Governor of Muara District, Bangkahulu, Bengkulu City. The results of the t count of the leadership style variable (X1) were 2,244 and the significant value (sig) of 0.028 meant 0.028<0.050, the morale variable (X2) was 2.666 and the significant value (sig) of 0.010 meant 0.010<0.050. and compensation variable (X3) is 2,721 and significant value (sig) 0.008 means 0.008 <0.050 then Ha hypothesis is accepted in other words leadership style (X1) morale (X2) and compensation (X3) significantly influence employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Promotion on Consumer Purchase Interests of Polytron Electronic Products on the Population of the East Lingkar Village of Bengkulu City, (2) Effect of Prices on Purchase Interest of Polytron Brand Consumer Electronics Products on Population of the East Circle Village of Bengkulu City, (3 ) The Influence of Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest of Polytron brand Electronic Products in Population of the East Lingkar Village of Bengkulu City, (4) The Effect of Promotion, Price and Product Quality Partially and Simultaneously Against the Consumer Purchase Interest of Polytron Brand Electronic Products in Population of the East Lingkar Village of Bengkulu City. This research is a type of research with quantitative descriptive method, wherein the research compares the results of data collection and prove it with numbers in a number of populations and samples that are considered worthy of research. This research is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 157 respondents in the population of the East Ring District of Bengkulu City. The instrument validity test uses the Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha, while the data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that (1) Promotion has an influence on consumer buying interest. This can be seen in the t test which states that it has the value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (7,288> 1.9729) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050 then H0 in this study is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Price has an influence on Purchase Interest Consumers This is seen in the t test which states it has a value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2,733> 1.9729) and (sigα = 0,000 <0.05), in this case H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (3) Product Quality has an influence on Consumer Purchase Interest.This is seen in the t test which states it has a value t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (8,755> 1.9729) and (sig α = 0.031 <0.050 then in this case H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (4 ) Promotion (X1), Price (X2) and Product Quality (X3) have the influence together to have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). This can be seen in the F test which states (420,511> 3.8930) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.05) This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

This study aimed to determine The Effect of Attitude and Dicipline toward Employees’ Achievement of PT. Prioritas of Bengkulu City. The number of samples were used as many as 90 Respondents by using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t Test), Simultaneous Test (Test f).The results of this study indicate that partially significant attitudes influence work performance with a value of α = 0.00 and work discipline significantly influence work performance with a value of α = 0.11. While f Attitude Test (X1) and Discipline (X2) have a significant influence toward employees’ performance (Y) at PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City overall significant level of α = 0.000. It has a regression equation Y = 5.380 0.490 (X1) 0.317 (X2),with the coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R Square value is 0.423. The coefficient of determination has the meaning that together attitudes and discipline contribute in influencing work performance of employees of PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City. While the most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is a variable with a value = 0.490. Keywords: Attitude, Discipline and Work Performance of Employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of leadership, reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara . This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling, while the sample was taken with a total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential analysis in this study. Based on the results of the study can be seen leadership has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0.648 is not significant to the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is greater than 0.05, based on the results of the study can be seen Reward significantly influence employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0.003 is significant on the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is smaller than 0.05 and based on the results of the study can be seen Punishment significantly influence employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0,000 is significant to the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results in this study indicate that all dimensions of leadership, reward and punishment affect the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and work environment on employee work productivity in the As-Syifa cracker industry in Bengkulu City. The research was conducted on Bengkulu City As-Syifa Crackers Employees, the population used in this study were employees who worked on the Bengkulu City As-Syifa Crackers Industry, the number of samples used was 33 respondents, using census techniques. Data that has been collected is processed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t Test), Simultaneous Test (Test f). From the results of this study indicate that partially Work Ethic has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity with a value of α = 0,000, and the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Productivity with a value of α = 0.017, While the Work Ethic f Test (X1) and Work Environment (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Productivity (Y) in the As-Syifa Crackers Industry in Bengkulu City. An overall significant level of α = 0,000. And has a regression equation Y = 2,999 + 0.370 (X1) + 0.438 (X2). And the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R Square value is 0.838. Where the coefficient of determination means that jointly the Work Ethic and Work Environment contribute to influencing Employee Work Productivity in the As-Syifa Crackers Industry in Bengkulu City. And the most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is the Work Environment variable (X2) with a value = 0.438. Abstract

Research was conducted on Shopee Marketplace users in Bengkulu City. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of flash sales and free shipping taglines on impulse purchases on the Shopee marketplace in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling method and used 110 respondents as research samples. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents, and secondary data sources support information from primary data, such as literature studies, previous researchers, and data obtained via the internet (online). The data analysis techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient tests (R2)) and hypothesis tests, namely the t test and f test. The research results show that flash sales and free shipping taglines influence impulse purchases. The R Square value was obtained at 0.210 , or equal to 21.0% , which shows that the flash sale and free shipping tagline can explain and provide the information needed to predict the impulse buying variable of 21.0%. Meanwhile, the remaining 79.0% was influenced by other variables not examined in the research. Kata Kunci : Flash Sale, Tagline Gratis Ongkir, Pembelian Impulsif.
