Abstract

The e-health program aims to support public health activities in general and improve the quality of health services. E-health is divided into two, namely e-health online through the web (can be done anywhere via the respective server network) and e-health manually (done at the Puskesmas which is directly assisted by the officer). There are still obstacles in e-health services, namely, people cannot operate online e-health and the availability of a lack of e-health machines. This research method is a qualitative descriptive, research location in the Kalirungkut Public Health Center, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The data used are primary and secondary data, obtained from the informants selected based on purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that in the tangibles (physical evidence) criteria, the Kalirungkut Health Center in Surabaya City has good service conditions but in some cases it needs attention, for example the number of machines that are felt to be added. Reliability, has done it well. Response (response / response) various efforts have been made to overcome problems related to Puskesmas services. Assurance, the knowledge and politeness of employees is good enough. Empathy (Empathy), It has been done very well by the Kalirungkut Health Center in Surabaya City. This is because the Puskesmas performs services by applying the principle of equal rights to receive services.

Abstract

This study used bureaucratic theory and bureaucratic pathology to reveal bureaucratic pathologies that occur in villages in the context of infrastructure development that often occurs in Banjar village. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study, firstly, the phenomenon of bureaucratic pathology in infrastructure development in the village of Banjar is still encountered such as frequent discrepancies between the proposals submitted and reports made from the infrastructure development process (incompatibility of budget allocation for infrastructure development). Second, the strategy for rehabilitating bureaucratic pathology in infrastructure development that occurs by gradually monitoring each infrastructure development project that is being worked on, in collaboration with professional and competent construction parties.

Abstract

Angka Covid-19 semakin meningkat sejak Desember 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Penderita banyak yang mengalami kesembuhan, namun juga kematian. Hal ini tidak dapat dibiarkan karena dampak yang ditimbulkan sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat secara fisik, sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Pemerintah sedang mengusahakan vaksin sebagai upaya memberikan kekebalan tubuh kepada masyarakat yang sehat agar tidak terkena Covid-19. Pemberian Vaksin tidak semua masyarakat bisa menerima kebijakan tersebut, oleh karenanya perlu digali terlebih dahulu bagaimana masyarakat Madura dapat menerima vaksin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kebijakan pemberian Vaksin Covid 19 Kepada Masyarakat di Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. dengan 113 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 12 pernyataan didapatkan 5 pernyataan yang direspon negatif oleh responden. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi pada masyarakat mengenai vaksinasi COVID-19 adalah faktor umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, pekerjaan, dan wilayah domisili. Hasil penelitian tentang persepsi mengenai vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat di Madura yang paling banyak adalah persepsi cukup (61.94%), sedangkan persepsi buruk didapatkan sebanyak 6,32%.
