<![CDATA[This research is backgrounded by the Bulungan Regency Regional Government trying to always increase the original income of its area through various policies set, one of which is the policy on the levy of special parking lots and on public roadsides. As it is known that the regional levy is one of the original sources of income of the region, including the place levy, then in its implementation it is expected to be managed correctly so that the objectives and / or benefits expected from the implementation of the policy on the levy of special parking lots and on the edge of the public road can be immediately achieved effectively, namely being able to fund activities that are directly related to the implementation of levy services concerned. Based on this background description, the author of interes conducted a scientific technical study with the title of the study, namely Realization of the Implementation of the Policy of Collecting Special Parking Levy Levies as a Source of Regional Original Income at the Bulungan Regency Transportation Office.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bulungan berusaha untuk selalu meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerahnya melalui berbagai kebijakan yang ditetapkan salah satunya adalah kebijakan tentang retribusi tempat khusus parkir dan di tepi jalan umum. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa retribusi daerah merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah termasuk di dalamnya adalah retribusi tempat, maka dalam implementasinya diharapkan dapat dikelola dengan benar sehingga tujuan dan/atau manfaat yang diharapkan dari implementasi kebijakan tentang retribusi tempat khusus parkir dan di tepi jalan umum tersebut dapat segera tercapai dengan efektif yakni dapat mendanai kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan langsung dengan penyelenggaraan pelayanan retribusi yang bersangkutan. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis interes melakukan kajian teknis ilmiah dengan judul penelitian yaitu Realisasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pemungutan Retribusi Tempat Khusus Parkir sebagai Sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bulungan.]]>
