<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian: (1) Untuk mengetahui penyelesaian sengketa sertifikat hak milik di atas SMP Negeri 2 Cina Kabupaten Bone; dan (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelesaian sengketa sertifikat hak milik di atas tanah SMP Negeri 2 Cina Kabupaten Bone. Peneltiian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penyelesaian sengketa sertifikat hak milik di atas tanah SMP Negeri 2 Cina Kabupaten Bone dianggap cacat hukum karena dasarnya lemah, dimana sertifikat SMP Negeri 2 Bone lebih dahulu terbit dibanding sertifikat hak milik masyarakat dan dasar penerbitannya dibuat oleh aparat desa yang berpihak ke masyarakat, sehingga Pemda Bone melakukan gugatan hukum ke Pengadilan guna mendapatkan kepastian hukum di atas tanah SMP Negeri 2 Kabupaten Bone, yang telah dikuasai puluhan tahun oleh pihak sekolah dan digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berlangsung hingga sekarang; dan (2) Faktor substansi hukum, struktur hukum, budaya hukum, sarana dan prasarana, dan faktor masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian sengketa sertifikat hak milik di atas tanah SMP Negeri 2 Cina Kabupaten Bone.
