<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penindakan kasus tindak pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Penuntasan tindak pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, namun pelaksanaanya masih perlu diefektifkan terutama yang terkait dengan penyelidikan, penyidikan, dan penuntutan, sehingga meminimalisir kerugian keuangan negara. Faktor subtansi hukum, struktur hukum, budaya hukum, dan sarana dan prasarana kurang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas penuntasan tindak pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan. The research objective is to analyze the prosecution of corruption cases at the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office and the factors that influence it. This research is a descriptive study with an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study show that: The completion of criminal acts of corruption at the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office has been carried out in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, but the implementation still needs to be effective, especially those related to investigations, investigations and prosecutions, so as to minimize state financial losses. Factors of legal substance, legal structure, legal culture, and facilities and infrastructure have little effect on the effectiveness of the completion of criminal acts of corruption at the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office.]]>
