<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Pengaturan Kewenangan Jaksa Sebagai Pengacara Negara dan menganalisis Penerapan Aturan Gugatan Perdata Dalam Pengambilan Aset Hasil Korupsi Oleh Jaksa Sebagai Pengacara Negara. Metode penelitian menggunnakan penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaturan Kewenangan Jaksa Sebagai Pengacara Negara Dalam Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Di Indonesia diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1991, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1995, Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1998, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1999, KEPRES Nomor 86 Tahun 1999, dan KEPJA Nomor KEP-115/J.A/10/1999.(2) Dalam Pengambilan Aset Hasil Korupsi Oleh Jaksa Sebagai Pengacara Negara lebih dapat diwujudkan melalui jalur hukum perdata karena dalam proses ini Jaksa Pengacara Negara dapat melakukan gugatan perdata untuk menyelamatkan aset sekalipun dalam kondisi tidak terbukti unsur tindak pidananya, terdakwa sudah meninggal atau terdakwa sudah divonis bebas. Sehingga ketika Negara menjadi korban tindak pidana korupsi tetap dapat dipulihkan kerugiannya. The research objective is to analyze the Regulation of the Attorney's Authority as State Lawyer and to analyze the Application of Civil Lawsuits Rules in Taking Asset Result of Corruption by the Prosecutor as State Lawyer. The research method uses normative legal research.
