<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas pengawasan inspektur angkutan udara terhadap penyelenggaraan penerbangan perintis pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah Lima Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis empiris. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah Lima Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan Inspektur Angkutan Udara terhadap penyelengaraan penerbangan perintis pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah Lima Makassar kurang efektif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kurang efektifnya fungsi pengawasan Inspektur Angkutan Udara terhadap penyelengaraan penerbangan perintis pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah Lima adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor aparat penyidik, faktor sarana prasarana, faktor kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan budaya hukum masyarakat. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the supervision of air transport inspectors on the implementation of pioneer flights at the Makassar Lima Regional Airport Authority Office and the factors that influence it. This research method uses empirical juridical research type. The nature of this research is descriptive analytical. This research was conducted at the Makassar Lima Regional Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervisory function of the Air Transport Inspector on the implementation of pioneer flights at the Makassar Lima Area Airport Authority Office is less effective. The factors that affect the ineffectiveness of the supervisory function of the Air Transport Inspector on the implementation of pioneer flights at the Regional Five Airport Authority Office are the legal substance factor, the investigator apparatus factor, the infrastructure factor, the community legal awareness factor and the legal culture of the community.]]>
