Hasil penelelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Operasi Kepolisian SIkat Lipu masih kurang efektif dalam menekan jumlah kejadian tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan, pencurian dengan kekerasan dan pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Bone dan Upaya - upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengungkap dan menangani kasus Pencurian dengan pemberatan, Pencurian dengan kekerasan dan Pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bone antara lain dengan melakukan Upaya preemtif dengan meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam memberikan informasi kepada pihak Kepolisian terkait tindak pidana pencurian, preventif (pencegahan) patroli dialogis secara rutin dan upaya refresif atau penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku kejahatan pencurian dengan pemberatan, pencurian dengan kekerasan dan pencurian kendaraan bermotor.
