<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan penuntutan tindak pidana korupsi pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) mengetahui dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori efektifitas hukum sebagai pisau analisis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas pelaksanaan penuntutan tindak pidana korupsi pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan telah dilaksanakan namun masih berjalan kurang efektif; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan penuntutan tindak pidana korupsi pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan adalah faktor struktur hukum, substansi hukum, sarana dan prasarana, dan budaya hukum. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the prosecution of corruption at the South Sulawesi High Court; (2) knowing and influencing factors. The research method in this study uses the type of empirical research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis method using the theory of legal effectiveness as the analytical knife of this research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the effectiveness of the prosecution of criminal acts of corruption at the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office has been carried out but is still running less effectively; (2) the factors that affect the effectiveness of the prosecution of criminal acts of corruption at the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office are factors of legal structure, legal substance, facilities and infrastructure, and legal culture.]]>
