Abstract

for to explain how to design and build a medical record information system at Graha Rap maternity hospital in Tanjung Balai Karimun. The problem is medical record system is still used manual which is written on the paper by the receptionist. Disanvantages of using the system is taking long enough time to find the data of patients, it often data redundancies and also  patient card loss. Data required  is collected by observasing and some data  That is obtained from Graha Rap  maternity hospital in tanjung Balai Karimun. FAST method is used to do system development. The result of this final task are “A MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEM AT GRAHA RAP IN TANJUNG BALAI KARIMUN” that is computerized  with this new system will speed ip processing the whole patients documents at Graha Rap maternity hospital and also to overcome the data redundancies, medical record card loss that will reduce error. The result is also speed up processing the patients data.   Key word: Rekam medik, Sistem Informasi, rumah sakit, FAST.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a case tool used to ease a decision makers to be more quickly and objectively. A case study of PT. X is one of the objects which will make the selection of employees to promote. The problem is determining what criteria will be used as determinant factors and how to make a prototype? The research methodology used is the system analysis, design system and system implementation. Determination of criteria that will be chosen is a decision that must be taken by the head of the company Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method or tool in decision making multi criteria by using the help of Expert Choice software. Results are used to facilitate the user in selecting employees who will be chosen to ascend to a certain position This prototype is expected to assist in accelerating the decision making of employees who elected to board positions. Abstract

E-commerce can be utilized by various parties to improve its business processes like enterprise. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) is one company engaged in the cement industry in South Sumatra. PT Semen Baturaja is relevant places in this study because of inadequate human resources and technology to implement e-commerce model. E-commerce model was developed in PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) is a model of B2B (Business to Business). B2B model integrating between companies, partners, suppliers and distributors. The method used in this study is the method of system development FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques) with a prototyping approach.   Kata kunci : e-commerce model B2B (Business to Business), PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques)
