Abstract

Weigh bridges currently have not played an optimal role. This is because there are still many truck transportation service users who fill vehicles that exceed the allowable limit (overload) and often encounter cases of illegal levies made by unscrupulous policy makers and business actors in order to pass vehicles that do not comply with the rules. The purpose of this research is to design and build a weighbridge system prototype for IoT-based truck load logistics vehicles and to create an automatic proof of violation system for truck drivers or other logistics vehicles with excess loads. The research method used is the Research and Development method. The results of this study are to produce a tool in the form of a weighbridge automatic ticket system prototype using the internet of things that can be integrated with the system owned by policy makers from the central to the regions, and also the system can issue proof of violation notifications to drivers directly without any illegal fees. Based on the results of tests carried out on the prototype using the JBI 35gram assumption, if the measured truck load exceeds 35 grams, it will send a proof of violation notification on the telegram and if appropriate, JBI will send a notification to continue the trip to the driver.

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia is increasingly advanced along with the times. With the industrial era 4.0, it is easier for every job that humans do. Now more and more industries are using robots as a substitute for human labor. With the development of the times that have an impact on technological change and the creation of internet of things (IOT) technology which makes it easier for humans to do a job. In this study, the NODEMCU ESP8266 microcontroller was used as the implementation of controlling temperature, humidity and feed based on the internet of things (IOT). The data taken from these sensors can be accessed in real time on the web and Telegram bot via smartphone connected to the internet.

Abstract

Changes in information seeking behavior are one of the signs of the current development of science and information technology. This change has an impact on institutions engaged in information services and libraries. With a library, we can search, process, and store data that has turned into digital form. This research was conducted using the ADDIE method, which is a development from previous research. The stages of this research are by conducting several tests, namely rfid testing, testing the scanner module, sending rfid scan results to the web server, sending the scan module scan results to the web server and being able to make late notification notifications. The result of rfid reading efficiency is 76% with an rfid reading error value of 7.7%. Meanwhile, the efficiency of reading the scanner module was 80.6% with an error value of 5.5% for reading the scanner module. The prototype of the book lending system with rfid and the scanner module using an internet of things-based e-KTP succeeded in sending readings from the rfid and scanner module to a web server. This prototype also succeeded in sending notifications on borrowing and returning books, as well as notifications of delays and fines to users via telegram.
