Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this study is to determined the influences of Job Crafting on work engagement. This research was conducted on sales employees who are included in the sector at a service organization. The research method used is the causality method with the number of participant is 31 employees of division Sales of X Bank. Job Crafting was measured using Job Crafting Scale from and Work Engagement was measured using UWES 17 from [1]. The finding shows that 93.5 % sales division employees have a high level of Job Crafting and 96.7 % have a high level of work engagement. Based on regression results, it was found that Job Crafting contributed 61,46% significant effect on Work Engagement. The results of multiple regression show that only the dimension of Increasing Structural Job Resources has a significant effect on Work Engagement. Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Sales yang termasuk dalam sektor pada organisasi jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan jumlah partisipan 31 orang pegawai divisi Sales Bank X. Job Crafting diukur menggunakan Job Crafting Scale dan Work Engagement diukur menggunakan UWES 17 dari [1]. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 93,5% karyawan divisi penjualan memiliki tingkat Job Crafting yang tinggi dan 96,7% memiliki tingkat Work Engagement yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi diketahui bahwa Job Crafting memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 61,46% terhadap Work Engagement. Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi Increasing Structural Job Resources yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement.
