Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this study is to determined the influences of Job Crafting on work engagement. This research was conducted on sales employees who are included in the sector at a service organization. The research method used is the causality method with the number of participant is 31 employees of division Sales of X Bank. Job Crafting was measured using Job Crafting Scale from and Work Engagement was measured using UWES 17 from [1]. The finding shows that 93.5 % sales division employees have a high level of Job Crafting and 96.7 % have a high level of work engagement. Based on regression results, it was found that Job Crafting contributed 61,46% significant effect on Work Engagement. The results of multiple regression show that only the dimension of Increasing Structural Job Resources has a significant effect on Work Engagement. Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Sales yang termasuk dalam sektor pada organisasi jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan jumlah partisipan 31 orang pegawai divisi Sales Bank X. Job Crafting diukur menggunakan Job Crafting Scale dan Work Engagement diukur menggunakan UWES 17 dari [1]. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 93,5% karyawan divisi penjualan memiliki tingkat Job Crafting yang tinggi dan 96,7% memiliki tingkat Work Engagement yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi diketahui bahwa Job Crafting memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 61,46% terhadap Work Engagement. Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi Increasing Structural Job Resources yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement.

Abstract

Abstract. Study of occupational self-efficacy on work engagement in marketing division of BSI KCP Suniaraja Bandung was carried out because marketing employees performed the bank’s main function as funding and lending. The reseacrh method used is the causality method with the number of participant is 17 employees of division marketing of BSI KCP Suniaraja Bandung. Occupational Self-Efficacy was measured using OSE Scale from Pethe, et al. and Work Engagement using UWES Scale from Schaufeli & Bakker. The finding shows that 95.5 % marketing division employees have a high level of occupational self-efficacy and 95.5 % have a high level of work engagement. Based on regression results, it was found that occupatonal self-efficacy contributed 69.9% significant effect on work engagement. Abstrak. Penelitian pengaruh occupational self-efficacy terhadap work engagement dilakukan pada karyawan divisi marketing BSI KCP Suniaraja Bandung karena divisi marketing mengemban fungsi utama bank yaitu funding dan lending. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 17 karyawan divisi maketing BSI KCP Suniaraja Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis dengan alat ukur occupational self-efficacy dari Pethe, dkk dan alat ukur work engagement dari Schaufeli & Bakker. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa 95.5 % karyawan memiliki tingkat occupational self-efficacy yang tinggi dan 95.5 % karyawan memiliki tingkat work engagement tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi ditemukan bahwa occupational self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement sebesar 69.9 %.

Abstract

Abstract. Currently, companies not only recruit high abilities employees, but also looking for employees who have work engagement. According to Schaufeli et al., work engagement is a positive motivational affective condition related to work with characteristics of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The aims of this study to determine how much influence the variables of resilience and perceived organizational support (POS) on work engagement in AOD NGO field workers in Bandung. The number of samples in this study is 41 AOD NGO field workers. This study using resilience measurement tool from Smith et al., the perceived organizational support measurement tool from Eisenberger et al., and the work engagement measurement tool from Schaufeli & Bakker. Multiple regression were used for analysis the data. The results showed that 63% of AOD NGO field workers had moderate levels of resilience, 61% had high levels of POS, and 80% had moderate levels of work engagement. Based on the regression results, it found that the perceived resilience and organizational support had a significant effect on work engagement by 14.9%. Abstrak. Saat ini perusahaan tidak hanya mencari calon karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan di atas rata-rata, tetapi juga mencari calon karyawan yang memiliki work engagement. Menurut Schaufeli et al. work engangement adalah suatu kondisi afektif motivasional positif terkait dengan pekerjaan dengan karakteristik vigor, dedication dan absorption. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel resiliensi dan perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement pada tenaga kerja lapangan LSM AOD di Bandung. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 tenaga kerja lapangan LSM AOD. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur resiliensi dari Smith et.al, alat ukur perceived organizational support dari Eisenberger et.al, serta alat ukur work engagement dari Schaufeli & Bakker. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 63% tenaga kerja lapangan LSM AOD memiliki tingkat resiliensi sedang, 61% memiliki tingkat POS tinggi, dan 80% memiliki tingkat work engagement sedang. Berdasarkan hasil regresi ditemukan bahwa resiliensi dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement sebesar 14,9%.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate how much influences basic needs satisfaction on work engagement in employees of the insurance marketing division of PT Jasaraharja Putera Serang Branch. A number of samples in this research were 20 employees of the insurance marketing division. The measuring tools used were the basic needs satisfaction measurement tool from Van den Broeck et al., (2010) as well as the work engagement measurement tool from Salanova, Gonzales-Roma & Bakker, (2002). The method in this research was multiple regression method. The result showed that the satisfaction of basic needs had an influence on each need, namely autonomy by 33.39%, competence by 27.33% and linkage by 30.34% on work involvement. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh basic need satisfaction terhadap work engagement yang dilakukan pada karyawan divisi pemasaran asuransi PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Serang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 karyawan divisi pemasaran asuransi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur basic need satisfaction dari Van den Broeck et al., (2010) serta alat ukur work engagement dari Salanova, Gonzales-Roma & Bakker, (2002). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa basic need satisfaction memberikan pengaruh pada setiap needs yaitu autonomy sebesar 33,39%, competence sebesar 27,33% dan relatedness sebesar 30,34% pada work engagement.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Workplace Spirituality which has three aspects, meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values on Job Related Affective Well- being on teachers at Vocational High School in Bandung. The research method used is the causality method with the number of subjects as many as 98 teachers at the Bandung City Vocational High School. This study uses a psychological scale with a workplace spirituality measurement tool from Milliman, Gatling, Kim, and a job related affective well-being measurement tool from Van Katwyk, Fox, Spector, & Kelloway. The results of the study found that 94.90% of teachers had high workplace spirituality and 60.20% of teachers had high job-related affective well-being. The results of multiple regressions show that workplace spirituality has an effect of 69.9% on job related affective well-being, while the meaningful work aspect has the largest effect, which is 33.82%, sense of community is 23.88% and the aspect of alignment with organizational values has the smallest effect, which is 12.19%. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, dan menganalisis pengaruh Workplace Spirituality yang memiliki tiga aspek yaitu meaningful work, sense of community, dan alignment with organizational value terhadap Job Related Affective Well-being pada guru di SMK Swasta Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 98 orang guru di SMK Swasta Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis dengan alat ukur workplace spirituality dari Milliman, Gatling, Kim, serta alat ukur job related affective well-being dari Van Katwyk, Fox, Spector, & Kelloway. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 94.90% guru memiliki workplace spirituality tinggi dan 60.20% guru memiliki job related affective well-being tinggi. Hasil multiple regression menunjukkan workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh sebesar 69.9% terhadap job related affective well-being, sedangkan aspek meaningful work memberikan pengaruh paling besar yaitu 33.82%, sense of community sebesar 23.88% dan aspek alignment with organizational value memberikan pengaruh paling kecil yaitu 12.19%.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine how much effect psychological capital on the work engagement of lecturers. The sample in this study amounted to 95 lecturers at the Islamic University of Bandung, Pasundan University, and the University of Indonesia Education. This study uses a psychological scale for psychological capital was measured using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire-24 (PCQ-24) by Fred Luthans, Bruce J. Avolio & James B. Avey (2007). Work engagement was measured using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale–17 ( UWES-17) from Schaufeli & Bakker (2002), which has been adapted by Sutisna et al., (2020). The study's multiple regression method results show that psychological capital has an effect on work engagement by 44.6%, with the hope dimension having the most significant effect on work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh psychological capital terhadap work engagement dosen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah subjek 95 dosen di Universitas Islam Bandung, Universitas Pasundan, dan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis untuk psychological capital menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Capital Questionaire-24 (PCQ-24) dari Fred Luthans, Bruce J. Avolio & James B. Avey (2007) dan alat ukur work engagement menggunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale– 17 (UWES-17) dari Schaufeli & Bakker (2002) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Sutisna et al., (2020). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memberikan pengaruh pada terhadap work engagement sebesar 44.6%, dengan dimensi hope yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap work engagement.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the playful work design has on work engagement in lecturers. This research method is quantitative with a causality research design. The sample in this study was 95 lecturers from Bandung Islamic University, Indonesian Education University, and Pasundan University. The measuring instrument used is the Playful Work Design Scale developed by Scharp Bakker et al (2021) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES- 17) from Schaufeli & Bakker (2002) adapted by Sutisna et al (2020). The results of the study show that playful work design has a major influence on work engagement by 60.4% with the aspect that provides the greatest contribution, namely designing competition on work engagement in the participants of this study. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari playful work design terhadap work engagement pada Dosen. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 95 dosen yang berasal dari Universitas Islam Bandung, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Pasundan. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Playful Work Design Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Scharp Bakker et al (2021) dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) dari Schaufeli & Bakker (2002) yang diadaptasi oleh Sutisna et al (2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa playful work design memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap work engagement sebesar 60,4% dengan aspek yang memberikan kontribusi paling besar yaitu designing competition terhadap work engagement pada partisipan dosen penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract. The boredom experienced by employees in a company will have an impact on the employees themselves and the organization. To overcome the boredom in the work, individuals can do in various jobs is by proactively designing their work to be a fun and challenging thing to do. This study aims to determine how much playful work design influence work engagement at the coffee shop barista in Bandung City. Total of samples in this study were 100 baristas in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a non-experimental causality method. This study uses a psychological scale with a playful work design scale (PWDS) developed by Scharp & Bakker (2020) and a work engagement measurement tool (UWES-17) from Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) which was adapted by Sutisna, et al (2020). The results showed that 96% of baristas had a high level of playful work design and 96% of baristas had a high level of work engagement. Based on the results of multiple regression, it was found that a pleasant work design has a large effect on job involvement, which is 61.3%. Abstrak. Adanya kebosanan yang dialami oleh karyawan pada suatu perusahaan akan berdampak kepada karyawan itu sendiri maupun pada organisasi. Untuk mengatasi adanya kebosanan dalam pekerjaan tersebut, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan individu dalam berbagai pekerjaan yaitu dengan secara proaktif merancang pekerjaan mereka agar menjadi suatu hal yang menyenangkan dan menantang untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh playful work design terhadap work engagement pada barista Coffee Shop di Kota Bandung. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 barista di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas non eksperimental. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis dengan alat ukur playful work design scale (PWDS) yang dikembangkan oleh Scharp & Bakker (2020) yang diadaptasi dan modifikasi oleh peneliti dan alat ukur work engagement (UWES-17) dari Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) yang diadaptasi oleh Sutisna, et al (2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 96% barista memiliki tingkat playful work design yang tinggi dan 96% barista memiliki tingkat work engagement yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda ditemukan bahwa playful work design berpengaruh besar terhadap work engagement yaitu sebesar 61,3%. Abstract

Abstract. Playful Work Design is a concept that makes employees redesign their work to make it more fun and challenging, while work engagement is a motivational affective state characterized by vigor, dedication and absorption. This research aims to find out how much influence playful work design has on work engagement among hotel kitchen department employees in Bandung City. The total sample for this research was 108 employees of the hotel kitchen department in Bandung City. The research method used is the non-experimental causality method. This research uses a psychological scale with a playful work design scale (PWDS) measurement tool developed by Scharp & Bakker (2020) and a work engagement measuring tool (UWES-17) from Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) which was adapted by Prakoso, et al (2020). The research results show that 96.3% of hotel kitchen department employees have a high level of playful work design and 95.4% of hotel kitchen department employees have a high level of work engagement. Based on the results of multiple regression, it was found that playful work design had a positive effect on work engagement, namely 43.1% Abstrak.
