Abstract

Analysis of financial statements with financial ratios can help business people, investors, the government, and other stakeholders in assessing the financial condition and performance of banks. The purpose of the study was to determine the financial performance in terms of providing credit at PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk. The analytical method used is the descriptive analysis by analyzing using several methods of financial statement ratios to measure the bank's financial performance on lending at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Makassar from 2016 to 2020. The ratios used are the liquidity ratio (LDR), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), profitability ratio (ROA), and non-performing loan (NPL) ratio. The results showed that LDR was at the highest level of 107.74% in the 2019 period. The high lending caused bank loans to grow higher than the growth of third-party funds. (CAR) is in a very good range, which is around 15-20%. The higher the CAR, the better the performance of the bank's capital adequacy. Banks can minimize risk. (ROA) which was in an up and down status, namely in 2019 it recorded the lowest level of 0.2% from 2018 which was at 1.2%, indicating declining profits and assets, and (NPL) for the 2016-2020 period was at 1.2%. at a good level. The existence of non-performing loans faced by banks proves that banks must continue to maintain their prudence.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa sebelum adanya layanan pesan-antar makanan secara online, para pengusaha kuliner dihadapkan pada permasalahan yaitu kesulitan menjangkau konsumen yang jauh dari tempat usaha, media mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk dan sulitnya mendapatkan pangsa pasar untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan dampak penggunaan jasa Online Food Delivery bagi penjualan usaha UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Parepare. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan yang diteliti melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian dalam lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pertama, kemudahan dalam penjualan produk yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi sehingga membantu komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli dan pembeli dapat menentukan pilihan yang diinginkan sebelum memesan, kedua, omzet yang dicapai yang tadinya bergantung pada penjualan offline, kini bertambah dari penjualan online dan ketiga kendala yang dihadapi UMKM dalam menggunakan layanan OFD adalah Produk sejenis dari pesaing yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi yang membuat pelaku UMKM kurang mampu untuk memikat calon pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Food delivery, Usaha Kuliner, Penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of word of mouth and product quality on purchase decision when the seller conducts a livestream on Tiktok shop. Multiple linear regression was used to test the hypothesis regarding the effect of Word of Mouth and Product Quality on purchase decision when the seller conducts a livestream on Tiktok shop. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test showed that Word of Mouth has a significant and negative effect on purchase decision, while Product Quality has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision. In addition, the independent variable that is dominant and has the greatest influence on purchase decision is product quality. These conclusions can serve as a reference for Tiktok shop sellers to improve purchase decisions by considering Word of Mouth and product quality.

Abstract

This activity aims to implement the concept of circular economy in the used tire waste recycling program to improve the welfare of the community, in this case, the partners of used tire waste craftsmen in Tellumpanua village. The service team will provide an understanding of the concept of circular economy, improve practical skills in processing used tires, encourage active participation in the recycling program, and measure the impact of the program on waste reduction and economic improvement. This activity uses an educational approach, namely lectures, discussions, and demonstrations measured by direct observation methods, to measure partners' progress in practical skills and the impact of the program on the production of recycled products and waste reduction. The results of this activity showed an increase in partners' knowledge and understanding of the circular economy concept by 50% after attending lecture and discussion sessions and 100% after the demonstration. The products produced in this activity are tables, chairs, and flower vases that have a more attractive design than before. This activity has provided tangible benefits in the form of waste reduction and improved quality of waste tire recycling products.  ---  Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengimplemtasikan konsep ekonomi sirkular dalam program daur ulang limbah ban bekas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam hal ini mitra pengrajin limbah ban bekas di desa Tellumpanua. Tim pengabdian akan memberikan pemaham tentang konsep ekonomi sirkular, meningkatkan keterampilan praktis dalam mengolah ban bekas, mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam program daur ulang, dan mengukur dampak program terhadap pengurangan limbah dan peningkatan ekonomi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan edukasi, yakni ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi yang diukur dengan metode pengamatan langsung untuk mengukur kemajuan mitra dalam keterampilan praktis dan dampak program terhadap produksi produk daur ulang dan pengurangan limbah. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra mengenai konsep ekonomi sirkular sebanyak 50% setelah mengikuti sesi ceramah dan diskusi serta 100% setelah demonstrasi. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa meja, kursi, dan vas bunga yang memiliki desain yang lebih menarik dari sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan manfaat nyata berupa pengurangan limbah dan peningkatan kualitas produk daur ulang limbah ban bekas.
