Kejadian HIV/AIDS masih menjadi masalah global. Perkembangan seks terjadi karena pengaruh negatif dariluar dengan disertai tipisnya iman dan kosongnya pendidikan agama, diikuti dengan kesenangan sesaat dancara berfikir yang belum dewasa sehingga timbulnya pemikiran yang gelap dan perilaku yang menyimpangseks sebelum menikah. Tahun 2015, sebanyak 36,7 juta penduduk dunia terkena HIV dan 1,1 juta terkenaAIDS. Sekitar 5700 orang terkena HIV setiap harinya. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan angka kejadianHIV/AIDS yang cukup tinggi.. Peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS dapat dilakukan dengankegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh media audio visual danmedia leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja MAS Darul Ihsan tentang HIV/AIDS.Penelitian inibersifat analitik dengan jenis penelitian quasi experiment menggunakan rancangan pretest-posttest groupdesign.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja MAS Darul Ihsan sebanyak 186 orang. Dimana 93 orangkelompok Media Audio Visual dan 93 orang kelompok Media Leaflet.Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwasig = 0,137 (0,137>0,05), maka Ho diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antararata-rata tingkat pengetahuan kelompok audiovisual dengan kelompok leaflet sebelum dan sesudahintervensi.

Paradigma pelayanan kebidanan telah mengalami pergeseran, dari asuhan kebidanan konvensional menjadi asuhan kebidanan yang mengkombinasikan pelayanan kebidanan konvensional dan komplementer. Baby SPA merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan komplementer yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, karena pada umumnya masyarakat sudah banyak mengetahui bahwa Baby SPA bertujuan agar setiap bayi tetap mendapat kan sentuhan dan pijatan agar mendapat jaminan adanya kontak tubuh berkelanjutan yang dapat mempertahankan perasaan aman pada bayi (Bounding Attachment). Terlepas dari manfaat Baby SPA, saat ini kita berada pada era 4.0 dimana lulusan kebidanan akan memiliki banyak competitor dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan, sehingga mengharuskan mereka pandai melihat situasi pasar dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri. Berdasarkan data Tracer Study Tahun 2020, hanya 29,8% alumni yang sudah mendapatkan pekerjaan baik di instansi pemerintah daerah maupun swasta dan tidak semua mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mahasiswa dan alumni Jurusan Kebidanan dalam wirausaha Baby SPA melalui pelatihan. Metode yang dilakukan pada tahap pelaksanaan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan serta penyusunan strategi pemasaran dalam mengelola wirausaha Baby SPA. Hasil dari peningkatan kapasitas ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa dan alumni tentang Baby SPA serta sistem pengelolaan kewirausahaan.

Background: If the mother is unable to adapt psychologically in the taking in phase, the taking hold phase, and the letting go phase, the mother will experience impaired psychological adaptation during the postpartum period such as postpartum blues, or postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis or postpartum psychiatric. The ability to listen and provide adequate time is an invaluable support for the mother. Research Objectives : To determine the relationship between parity and family support with psychological adaptation during the postpartum period at the Jawiriyah Midwife Maternity Clinic, Banda Aceh City. Methods: This research is analytic in nature with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were mothers who gave birth at the Jawiriyah midwife maternity clinic. Sampling using Accidental sampling technique and obtained as many as 30 respondents. Processing data using chi-square test. Results: The results of the chi-square test found that there was a relationship between parity (p-value = 0.018), and family support (p-value = 0.009) with psychological adaptation during the postpartum period at the Jawiriyah Midwife Maternity Clinic, Banda Aceh City. Conclusion: There is a relationship between parity and family support with psychological adaptation during the postpartum period. Suggestions for research sites are expected to be input in providing health education for postpartum mothers about psychological adaptation and collaborating with the Public health center in providing counseling regarding psychological adaptation and teaching how to deal with psychological problems that arise during the postpartum period.

Background: The mother's psychological preparation before breastfeeding, stress, excessive worry, unhappiness, all play a major role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Endorphin Massage is a light touch and massage that can increase the release of endorphins and oxytocin hormones. If endorphin massage is given to postpartum mothers, it will provide a sense of calm and comfort during lactation so as to increase the response of the posterior pituitary to produce the hormone oxytocin to increase the let down reflex. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there are differences in endorphin massage and breast milk enhancing supplements for lactation success. Methods: This study used a Quasi-Experimental Design method with Pre-test and Posttest with control group design. This research was conducted in Aceh Besar District in 2021. The population in this study were postpartum mothers up to the 3rd day postpartum with a total sample of 51 people. Data analysis used the Anova test and the Post Hoc Test. Background : About 5 to 10% of children are thought to have developmental delays. Data on the incidence of general developmental delays are not known with certainty, but it is estimated that around 1-3% of children under the age of 5 experience general developmental delays. Based on data obtained from Aceh's health profile, in 2021 the number of live births will be 10 . 350 babies. Seeing the high number of live births in infants, it is very important to provide stimulus during the golden age so that developmental delays do not occur Method : This type of research is Quasy Experiment with two group pre-test and post-test design. Background: The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is caused by various factors, one of which is the lack of milk production. Based on data for 2020, the target for exclusive breastfeeding coverage is 69% . Based on data obtained from Aceh's health profile in 2019 the number of babies receiving exclusive breastfeeding in Aceh Besar is 47%. In 2020 the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies will increase by 61%. But in 2021 the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is only 49%. This shows that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the last 1 year has decreased. Methods: This type of research is Quasy Experiment with two group pre-test and post-test design . The sample in this study were postpartum mothers from the first day to the third day , totaling 34 people, of which 17 postpartum mothers were given oketani massage interventions and 17 postpartum mothers were given acupressure ur massage interventions.
