Abstract

Good organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization both internally and externally. Internal organizational communication is communication carried out within an organization where there is only communication between members of the organization. External organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization with its potential partners, prospective clients, partners and clients, and the surrounding community. Kelurahan Mustikasari- Bekasi in carrying out its organizational structure has carried out good internal and external organizational communication. In organizational communication also includes interpersonal communication / interpersonal. Kelurahan Mustikasari is part of Mustikajaya Subdistrict, two among the other Kelurahans are Kelurahan Cimuning and Kelurahan Pedurenan. Good internal and external organizational communication links show that the leadership of the organization desires to realize the vision, mission, and goals of the organization.

Abstract

The task of a father at home is not only responsible for meeting the material needs of the family, but also for the process of growth and education of children. Especially boys. One of them is by providing assistance during the Pelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) process. This study aims to determine how interpersonal communication between fathers and sons aged 7-8 years in the success of the PJJ process in RW 08, Sriamur Village, Tambun Utara District, Bekasi. Data were collected through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with six key informants, and documentation. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is Interpersonal Communication or Interpersonal Communication proposed by R. Wayne Pace. Based on the conclusions from the results of the research conducted, a father plays a very important role in the success of the PJJ process for his son. For boys, fathers are role models in their lives. Because in terms of using technology in PJJ, dad is more responsive. In addition, the way a father communicates in a soft and motivating language, makes it easier for children to understand lessons.

Abstract

Organizational communication is the sending and receiving of various organizational messages by formal and informal groups within an organization. The existence of good organizational communication determines good corporate performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of corporate communication in improving employee morale at PT KEIHIN INDONESIA (KHI). Data collection was done through direct field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is organizational communication theory. From this research, it can be concluded that:(1) Point KHI is a company that pays attention to open communication with all parties involved in order to avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding. (2) Communication patterns at KHI adhere to the organizational communication pattern of downward communication, upward communication, and horizontal communication. (3) There is centralization of decision-making/policy-making when the interests of the entire company are at stake rather than the interests of just one or more departments.
