Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran pema-saran online (online marketing) dalam penjualan produk Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kota Gorontalo. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis deskriptif, dengan lebih banyak bersifat uraian dari hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran pemasaran online (on-line marketing) dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kota Gorontalo dapat membantu para produsen untuk memasarkan produk-produknya dengan biaya yang lebih murah dan lebih cepat dikenal oleh konsumen secara luas. Selain itu juga, pe-masaran online dapat meningkatkan pendapatan para pemilik Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM). Faktor-faktor penghambat yang dihadapi da-lam online marketing yakni tingkat persaingan yang sangat tinggi kare-na banyak sekali produk yang di pasarkan di media sosial, kendala lainnya juga pada proses delivery atau pengiriman ada beberapa lokasi tertentu yang belum bisa di jangkau oleh kurir karena lokasi yang berada jauh dari tempat penjualan, sedangkan untuk penjualan online menggunakan jasa grab saat tidak ada jaringan maka sulit untuk memasarkan produk secara online

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study were hypothesis testing in order to be able to test the influence of teacher competence on the quality of learning to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This is shown from the analysis of hypothesis testing data, resulting in a positive regression coefficient of 0.459 and a significant level of 0.459 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that teacher competence has a positive effect on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.
