Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of deixis in Gorontalo Language. This research was conducted in two stages namely the stage of preparation and implementation of the research. This research was conducted for 1 year. The result of the research showed that the form and meaning of deixis are person deixis, time and place. Persona deixis is divided into several types is deixis of first-person singular (wa’u ‘1sg’, watiya ‘1sg’), deixis of the first person plural (ami ‘1pl.excl’), deixis of the second person singular (yi’o ‘2sg’, tingoli ‘2sg’), deixis of the second person plural (tingoli ‘2pl’, timongoli ‘2pl’), and deixis of the third person singular (tio ‘3sg’) and timongolio ‘3pl’ as a deixis of the third person plural. Whereas, deixis of place are teye, teyamai ‘here’, tetomota ‘there’ this means to show the location of the room and the place of conversation or interlocutor. Deixis time among others yindhie ‘today’, lombu ‘tomorrow’, olango ‘yesterday’, dumodupo ‘morning’, mohulonu ‘afternoon’, hui ‘night’ which have the meaning to show the time when the speech or sentence is being delivered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Model Apart Civil Servant Performance Assessment System (SIRANSIJA) in the Gorontalo Province Education and Training Agency. This research method uses a survey method with data collection techniques are observation, interview and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are the results of this study are the Performance Appraisal System for Civil Service State Apparatus (SIRANSIJA) at the Gorontalo Province Education and Training Agency based on the Governor Regulation (PERGUB) No. 50 of 2016 which is then implemented through the SIRANSIJA application with the indicators being Integrity, Work Ethic and Mutual Cooperation. The implementation of this Assessment System is also regulated by principles that are objective, measurable, accountable, participatory, and transparency. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of SIRANSIJA based on Gorontalo Governor Regulation Number 50 of 2016 in terms of the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) has been effective in optimizing attendance, but in terms of ASN performance, it still needs a lot of improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to see the mapping of the traits and skills of leadership of private universities in Gorontalo City in Era 4.0. This research method uses qualitative research with data analysis techniques using the Interactive Analysis model from Miles and Hiberman. The results of this study reveal that the quality of leadership that must be possessed by PTS in Gorontalo City is integrity, while for the skills that must be possessed by the Leaders of Private Universities (PTS) in Gorontalo City are technical skills. The results of this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the nature of skills that is the factor for the success of the leadership of private universities in Gorontalo City in Era 4.0 is integrity. Meanwhile, leadership skills of private universities in Gorontalo City are more likely to be technical leadership. Thus, it is hoped that the Leadership must be able to adapt to the current conditions, in the era of all digitalization, must be able to take advantage of the available IT and it is necessary to maintain and maintain a noble character as a noble image of leadership.

Abstract

Salah satu program peningkatan kualitas dalam bidang pendidikan ialah pelaporan program penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) yang berfungsi untuk menilai kemampuan guru, dan untuk menghitung angka kredit guru atas kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisa Model Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Limboto, dan 2) Menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem penilaian kinerja guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Limboto. Dalam pelaksanaanya Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik wawancara melalui google. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif dari Milles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari 3 proses yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model sistem penilaian kinerja guru di SMP Ngeri se Kecamatan Limboto dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) model yaitu Sistem kinerja menggunakan aplikasi e-kinerja khusus untuk ASN secara daring dan Sistem kinerja secara manual yang dipenilaiannya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. 2) Terdapat 2 (dua) faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem penilaian kinerja Guru yaitu faktor individu dan faktor jaringan internet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study were hypothesis testing in order to be able to test the influence of teacher competence on the quality of learning to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This is shown from the analysis of hypothesis testing data, resulting in a positive regression coefficient of 0.459 and a significant level of 0.459 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that teacher competence has a positive effect on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.

Abstract

The study aimed to develop a strategy for increasing regional original income during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Boalemo Regency's Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Industry, and Trade (Diskumperindag). The descriptive research method is combined with a qualitative approach in this study. The sample size for this study was 43 individuals. The study's findings indicated that; (1) The Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Boalemo Regency possesses several strengths, including the potential for significant regional retributions in the form of Regional Original Income, regional retribution rates that support Regional Original Income (PAD), local government and community support for Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade, and the existence of a regional regulation that promotes regional original income. 2) Weaknesses that must be addressed include the absence of regional taxes, ineffective market management, and failure to attain the regional original income target. (3) Possibilities These include growing economic activity, government commitment and support, and the involvement and cooperation of multiple agencies in collecting Regional Original Revenue. 4) The threats include the following: Regional Original Income during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the installation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions during the Pandemic era I community awareness and support services, and community knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload of employees in carrying out their duties at the Boalemo District Environment and Forestry Service. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, observations, interviews, documentation and uses data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study indicate that the lack of employees in the field of personnel causes the workload to not balance between the fields in the Department of Environment and Forestry, Boalemo Regency. This also has an impact on the physical burden, mental burden, and time burden where the time burden is heavier or more dominant than the physical and mental burden.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) To find out the impact of the officer rotation policy which is not in accordance with the applicable regulations. 2) To analyze the job rotation policy that affects the work productivity of village officials. The research that will be conducted uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources, namely data sources that directly provide data to data collectors. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. With data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study are 1) Internal impact is namely the Village Officials are no longer performing optimally, feel uncomfortable with the new job because they still have to adapt and learn more about the main duties and functions of the new position. In fact, they are often not in harmony with other village officials. The external impact is that there are people who feel that service to the community due to this rotation has decreased, and even their social relations have changed a lot. 2) The rotation policy for village officials greatly affects the work productivity of village officials in the Dulupi Village Government. It has not been able to support the capacity building of village officials in the Dulupi Village Government.

Abstract

The present study aims to 1) identify and analyze the elements of the community satisfaction survey in improving health services at the Farmers and Fishermen's Regional General Hospital, Boalemo Regency; 2) determine and analyze the factors that determine the success of the community satisfaction survey element in improving health services at the General Hospital of Farmers and Fishermen, Boalemo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data collection techniques have been conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results show that 1) Community Satisfaction in Improving Health Services at the Farmers and Fishermen Hospital of Boalemo Regency that the requirements, system mechanisms, and service procedures are in accordance with applicable regulations but related to completion time, the level of patient satisfaction is still low; 2) The factors that determine community satisfaction in improving health services at the Boalemo District General Hospital for Farmers and Fishermen are product quality, service quality, emotionality, price/tariff, and cost.
