Abstract

This research has a problem formulation, namely What is the level of income in the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta, Boalemo Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the level of income in the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Boalemo Regency. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative research approaches by assigning the Head of the Public Administration and Finance Section and the Head of the Sub Division of Subscription Relations at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Boalemo Regency as sources of information. As well as data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the analysis of the factors that influence the increase in income at the local water company (PDAM) in Boalemo Regency, the income is quite significant, seen in the revenue realization and income. Customers of PDAM Tirta, Boalemo Regency The number of subscribers has a very big influence on the company's revenue as seen from the number of customers in Boalemo Serta Regency The profitability of PDAM Boalemo Regency revenue has increased quite significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the system for setting retribution rates at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The data used in the form of targets and realizations obtained by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency for the 2017-2020 period with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the levy tariff determination at the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo Regency showed that the levy rate on fish auctions charged to traders was 2.5% in accordance with regional regulations. Then the levy will be managed by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and then deposited into the regional treasury. And there are still obstacles in implementing the levy setting system for the Boalemo Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service, where the system for applying the levy tariff is sometimes not in accordance with the regulations that have been made, with fish imports from auction fishermen being less than optimal due to weather factors.

Abstract

The current study aims 1) To identify and analyze the welfare program made by the government, especially the regional Government of Bone Bolango Regency at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development of Bone Bolango Regency. 2) It also aims to find out and analyze the Saticfaction of the State Civil Apparatus Agency for Human Resources and Development of Bone Bolango Regency through the Employee Welfare Program. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitativ methods with interview and documentation data collection terchniques. The study results show that 1) welfare programs in the Staffing and Resource Development Agency of Bone Bolango Regency are in the form of Job Allowances, Employment BPJS Benefits, and Additional Employee Income Benefits (TPP). It also provides leave facilities work facilities that are adjusted to the class or position of each employee. 2) The Satisfaction of Civil Servants at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bone Bolango Regency are already satisfied with the provision of a welfare program in the form of a salary adjusted to the class or position given by the Government every month in the form of a basic salary that does not experience deductions. It also provides allowances given according to the regulations set by the Government. In addition, employees will be given an award and work facilities to motivate employees to improve performance further.
