Abstract

The four variables presented in this article examine leadership styles, motivation, work spirit, and quality of work for lecturers and teaching staff at private universities in Gorontalo province. This research is an experimental type, where is presented is the result of the analysis and relationship between every variable. The data analysis tool is carried out using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) application. Where the results of this study indicate that leadership style does not directly affect the quality of work. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work morale. Morale has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui kebijakan dana BOS dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Kota Gorontalo; 2) mengetahui kebijakan dana BOS dalam rangka meningkatan prestasi non akademik siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Kota Gorontalo; 3) mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penggunaan dana BOS untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kebijakan dana Bantu-an Operasional Sekolah (BOS) yang di berikan pemerintah kepada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Kota Gorontalo sudah berjalan dengan mestinya, akan tetapi sering mengalami keterlambatan pada saat pendistribusian ke madrasah-madrasah; 2) Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Kota Gorontalo bisa di katakan baik dengan nilai rata-rata tingkat lulusan yang mencapai 100% hal ini di akibatkan dengan adanya program dana BOS yang cukup berhasil dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Selain itu juga kegiatan ekstrakokurikuler yang selalu di laksanakan oleh Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Kota Gorontalo seperti Pramuka, Olimpiade KSM dan kegiatan lainnya di mana yang menopang itu adalah salah satunya dana BOS; 3) faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada penggunaan dana BOS adalah adanya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas yang dapat mengelola dana BOS dengan baik, Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM), komite madrasah dan yang paling utama adalah siswa itu sen-diri, faktor Penghambat pencairan dana BOS kadang mengalami keter-lambatan 2-3 bulan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the occurrence of mal-administration that occurs in the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the goods and services procurement section of the Gorontalo district government and aims to determine the inhibiting factors for the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the procurement of goods and services, especially in the government. gorontalo district. Research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques including: 1) observation; 2) interview; and 3) documentation. Activities in data analysis, namely: 1) data reduction stage; 2) data presentation stage; and 3) data verification stage. The results in this study are , as follows: 1) m al -a administration in the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the goods and services procurement section of the Gorontalo district, seen from the aspect of inefficiency, still occurs. Mal-administration in the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the procurement of goods and services in Gorontalo Regency, seen from the lengthy aspect of the procedure , is still going on. M al - administration in the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the procurement of goods and services of Gorontalo district seen from the dishonesty aspect is quite good, because officials show good attitudes or behavior, although it seems that so far there are things that are often not accepted by participants tenders. Administrative malls in the tender process for the procurement of goods/services in the procurement of goods and services in the Gorontalo Regency seen from the aspect of covering up errors still occur. And competence in the form of knowledge and skills hinders the implementation of the tender process for the procurement of goods/services. Rapid changes in regulations hinder the implementation of the tender process for the procurement of goods/services.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify a strategy for boosting microenterprise access to financing in Tutulo Village, Botumoito District, Boalemo Regency. The study employs descriptive qualitative approaches, including observation, indepth interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that Micro Enterprises' strategies to increase access to business capital after assessing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are as follows: measuring consumer satisfaction with products and services, expanding business networks, and increasing pricing potential. Inexpensive, consumer-facing skill development. Promoting business products to individuals from beyond the region and increasing innovation by exploring micro-enterprises potential, maximizing promotional efforts, attracting personnel who understand how to use EMKM principles, and providing human resource management training. Consumer interest in business products is increasing. Business product innovation, volume discounts for bulk purchases, and regular checks on business items. Increased product innovation for local product variants, expansion of business items to meet consumer needs, and intensified promotional activity.

Abstract

This research aims 1) to find out the empirical model of human resource development of BUMDes Management in Tenilo Village. and 2) to find out the obstacles in the development of BUMDes Management HUMAN RESOURCES in Tenilo Village at this time.The method in this research is to use a qualitative approach by investigating cases and phenomena from informant sources that explain why and how the problems that occur in BUMDesKarya Bersama. Using data analysis consisting of 3, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. The results showed that 1) The application of empirical model benchmarking in BUMDes human resources joint work in Tenilo Village in developing BUMDes was considered not to be effective. It is indicated that so far, the manager or HR owned does not have mature abilities, often the change or even the implementation of BUMDes development training for HR is only limited to 1-day training even most material provision, where the rest is only done in the form of business development assistance. 2) The biggest obstacles experienced in the development of BUMDesKarya Bersama human resources in Tenilo Village are why there are BUMDes institutions that are limited in funds and constrained by existing policy regulations, the willingness of HUMAN RESOURCES to survive in managing BUMDes, and due to the ability of HUMAN RESOURCES that are only widely equipped with material provision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of school principals in SMP 5 SatuAtapTelagaBiru, Kabupaten Gorontalo. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 5 people, namely the Principal, Deputy Principal and Teachers in SMP 5 SatuAtapTelagaBiru. Data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The research subject was the principal. The results showed that the Principal SMP N 5 SatuAtapTelagabiruapply participatory and delegate leadership styles and do not apply authoritarian leadership styles.

Abstract

The current study aims: 1) to evaluate the competence of civil servants in the Regional Secretariat of Pohuwato Regency; 2) to find out the efforts made by the Regional Secretariat of Pohuwato Regency in increasing the competence of civil servants. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-explanatory case study approach, which is to examine, analyze and describe. The results of the study: 1) the competence of civil servants in the Regional Secretariat of Pohuwato Regency is not sufficient, especially the knowledge of civil servants at the staff level. This can be seen from the aspect of knowledge of the dimensions of education, experience and interest in the main tasks and functions, which are still low, the skills in the dimensions of skills, personality and training are still very low with the percentage of skills only around 70%, mastery and use of technology in implementing their main tasks and functions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Attitude aspects, civil servants' discipline is still low, lack of responsibility for the main duties and functions, tolerance in carrying out tasks is still low and civil servants' lack of confidence in carrying out their duties; 2) efforts to improve the competence of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Pohuwato Regency by implementing Civil Service administration planning and developing the quality of civil servants, managing information systems on line with BKN, the Pavilion System. civil servants' performance accountability and supervision in the form of application of rewards and punishments through TPP and imposing sanctions according to the level of errors committed by civil servants

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Know and analyze the teacher performance appraisal system in improving teacher performance in Limboto District;2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that determine the success of the teacher performance appraisal system in improving teacher performance in Limboto District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were junior high school teachers in Limboto District, Gorontalo District. This research technique is observation, interview and documentation, namely primary data (data directly obtained from the source, through interviews) and secondary data (data obtained indirectly from the source, through documents or written notes). The data analysis technique used in this study was the interactive analysis model from Milles and Huberman. The data validity test includes credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The conclusion of this research is that the Teacher Performance Assessment System used will be very practical if it is supported by the internet network. As for schools that are not connected to the network, they can carry out input in areas that have a network. In addition, this application is very easy to use, the use process is light because there are not many features and is very simple to use, so that it can improve the performance of teachers in Limboto District.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the compensation policy for temporary employees during the pandemic of the Boalemo Regency Tourism Office. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research was observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research results showed that financial compensation was very influential on non-permanent employees at the Tourism Office, both from salaries, incentives, bonuses, and allowances; it was clear from the current pandemic conditions. Based on the results obtained, some policies needed to be considered by local governments. As well as the Tourism Office providing financial compensation, including incentives and bonuses, there was no budget for the two types of compensation provided by the Tourism Office to non-permanent employees and ASN. Meanwhile, non-financial compensation also influenced work motivation for all employees in the Tourism Office, non-financial compensation for employees such as providing facilities and a comfortable work environment.
