Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran struktur organisasi pada Kantor Desa Gudang, Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupaten Sumedang dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya penambahan tugas bagi pejabat di Kantor Desa Gudang pada masa pandemik covid 19, sehingga membuat spesialisasi aktivitas menjadi hambatan dalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Data diperoleh dari informan yang berjumlah tiga orang dan berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi berkaitan erat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di kantor Desa Gudang Kecamatan. Struktur organisasi di Kantor Desa Gudang, Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupeten Sumedang dapat berjalan dengan baik walaupun terdapat penambahan aktivitas bagi pejabat organisasi di masa pandemik covid 19.Kata Kunci : Struktur Organisasi, Aparatur Desa, Pelayanan publik, Masyarakat

Abstract

The implementation of electronic ticketing is an innovation issued by the police. Electronic ticketing aims to minimize the occurrence of irregularities in law enforcement for traffic violations. In addition, electronic ticketing aims to facilitate services so that they can be maximized and avoid complicated procedures. This study aims to determine the application of good governance principles in the implementation of electronic ticketing in the city of Bandung. This study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation methods. The data was obtained from informants from the West Java Regional Police who collected three people and three people from the community. The results of this study are that the implementation of good governance in the implementation of electronic ticketing in the city of Bandung has not been maximized. This is evidenced by the presence of electronic ticket locations that do not operate. Socialization on the implementation of electronic ticketing in the city of Bandung is also not maximized. In addition, in the implementation of electronic ticketing in the city of Bandung, there are still many wrong targets.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran struktur organisasi di Kantor Desa Gudang, Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupeten Sumedang terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya penambahan tugas bagi pejabat di Kantor Desa Gudang sehingga membuat spesialisasi aktivitas menjadi hambatan dalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Data diperoleh dari informan yang berjumlah tiga orang dan berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi berkaitan erat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di kantor Desa Gudang Kecamatan. Struktur organisasi di Kantor Desa Gudang, Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupeten Sumedang dapat berjalan dengan baik walaupun terdapat penambahan aktivitas bagi pejabat organisasi di masa pandemi. Abstract This study aims to determine the role of the organizational structure at the Gudang Village Office, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency on the implementation of public services. The problem of this research is that there are additional tasks for officials at the Gudang Village Office so that specialization of activities becomes an obstacle in carrying out tasks. This study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation methods. Data were obtained from three informants and various literatures. The results of the study indicate that the organizational structure is closely related to the implementation of public services at the Gudang Village office, District. The organizational structure at the Gudang Village Office, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency can run well even though there are additional activities for organizational officials during the pandemic.
