Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of religious attitudes, leadership styles, on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Transco Dharmasraya. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 90 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis using computer assistance with the SPSS version of the software program is 21. The results obtained based on the t test (partial test) obtainedPartially Religious Attitude (X1) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z), Partially Leadership Style (X2) has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Partially Religious Attitude (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Partially Leadership Style (X2) has an insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), partially job satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), the direct influence of religious attitudes (X1) is greater than the indirect influence of religious attitudes (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z), The direct influence of Leadership Style (X2) is greater than the indirect influence of Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z), Contribution of the independent variable contribution Attitude Religion (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) on the dependent variable Job Satisfaction (Z), the contribution of the independent variable Religious Attitude (X1 ), Leadership Style (X2) and Job Satisfaction (Z) on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Research begins with the development of computer technology in particular has been used as a medium of learning Packaging Design Using CorelDraw programs in various fields of one form of education in the field of Fine Arts Visual Communication Design Study Program. This requires education student majoring in Fine Arts Communication Design Visual Languages and Arts Faculty, State University of Padang to be able to utilize these technologies in the field of Packaging Design, as computer technology has become a necessity for people, especially in the field of product design food packaging and logo design, research this development method, which is to design and make a product logo and packaging design as well as media advertising, then tested the feasibility of the students of Communication Design Visual Arts UNP Padang. Design and manufacture of this learning module using the CorelDraw X4 software. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire given to faculty and student responses to the questionnaire module packaging design. Questionnaires were made regarding the form, content, motivation and practical learning modules, questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPSS formula. From these results, the learning module packaging design in graphic design courses is valid.

Abstract

Perancangan dan produksi sebuah video dokumenter yang menyoroti sejarah dan warisan budaya Silek Kumango, sebuah seni bela diri tradisional yang berasal dari Minangkabau, Sumatera Barat. Dengan fokus pada narasi sejarah, teknik bela diri, dan peran dalam budaya Minangkabau, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan Silek Kumango kepada masyarakat luas serta mempromosikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang warisan budaya yang kaya dan beragam di Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup survei lapangan, wawancara dengan ahli sejarah lokal, serta analisis literatur dan sumber-sumber primer terkait Silek Kumango. Hasil penelitian ini mengarah pada pengembangan konsep dan skenario untuk video dokumenter, yang mencakup pemilihan lokasi, narasi, pemilihan pemain, dan penggunaan teknik sinematik yang sesuai untuk mengkomunikasikan esensi dan keindahan seni bela diri ini.Dalam hasil akhirnya, video dokumenter ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber edukasi yang bernilai tinggi tentang Silek Kumango, tidak hanya sebagai seni bela diri, tetapi juga sebagai bagian integral dari identitas dan warisan budaya Minangkabau. Diharapkan bahwa video dokumenter ini akan memicu minat yang lebih besar dalam menjaga dan melestarikan tradisi-tradisi budaya yang berharga pada generasi muda Indonesia.
