Abstract

Menjadi tua, ditandai oleh kemunduran biologi yang terlihat sebagai gejala-gejala kemunduran fisik diantaranya perubahan dan konsekuensi patologis usia lanjut pada sistem kardiovaskuler. Penyakit kardiovaskuler yang sering terjadi pada lansia diantaranya hipertensi. Pengonsumsian obat untuk mengatasi hipertensi banyak efek buruk sedangkan pada lansia terjadi penurunan pada proses metabolisme.Terapi tertawa sebagai salah satu terapi komplementer yang dapat membantu mengontol tekanan darah dengan menurunkan stres hormon serta memunculan kondisi rileks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi tertawa terhadap tekanan darah lansia dengan hipertensi berdasarkan literature review. Sumber database yang digunakan berasal dari SCOPUS, SINTA, Google Scholar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 jurnal dari tahun 2013-2019 dengan metode penelitian menggunakan Pre Experiment, Quasi Experiment, Kuantitatif Experiment. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa rata-rata memiliki tekanan darah sistole 149,38 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastole 86,89 mmHg dan hasil uji statistik dengan hasil tekanan darah sistole p=0,000 sampai 0,02 dimana <0,05 dan tekanan darah diastole p=0,000 sampai 0,04 dimana <0,05 yang artinyaterdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah terapi tertawa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, terapi tertawa dapat diterapkan pada lansia dengan hipertensi dan efektif dalam mempengaruhi tekanan darah.

Abstract

Research Design using Cross-Sectional Design. The population is all mothers with infants in the Pesantren District of Kediri City using the incidental sampling technique, with a sample of 30 respondents. The Independent variable is Family Social Support and the Dependent variable is Lactation Management. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Statistical tests using the spearmen rho The results showed that the most supportive assessment of family support was as good as 18 respondents (60%), Instrumental Support was mostly as good as 18 respondents (60%), the most information support was good as many as 15 respondents (50 %) The most emotional support is good as many as 15 respondents (50%). The results of the study using the Rho spearman test obtained p = 0.025 with a Correlation Coefficient of 0.612 which means there is a strong relationship between family support and lactation management.

Abstract

Indonesia is called a disaster laboratory for the whole world this is because all types of disasters have occurred. One of the natural disasters that often occurs in Indonesia is Mount erupting, this is because there are 127 active volcanoes, one of which is Mount Kelud which is in Kediri East Java. The purpose of this research was to find out how disaster management in the Kelud community in facing Mount Kelud erupting. The design of this research was a qualitative phenomenological study. The population was the Kelud community in Kepung and Puncu districts. The number of participants was 15 people. The data collection process was carried out with online Focus Discussion Group guidelines. Data analysis had identified two important themes in disaster management in the Kelud community.
