Abstract

Medical equipment is vital for providing healthcare services in hospitals. To ensure that medicalequipment procurement is both effective and efficient, a strong purchasing system and robust internal controls are necessary to prevent budget deviations and misuse.This study explores the medical equipment purchasing system and procedures at RS Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada, focusing on improving internal controls. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research involves datam collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis evaluates the purchasing system and procedures, including related functions, the documents used, record-keeping, management information needs, and procedural networks. It also assesses internal control elements such as organizational structure, authorization systems, best practices, and the quality of employees relative to their responsibilities.The study finds that the hospital's medical equipment purchasing system is generally effective.Nonetheless, there are notable weaknesses in internal controls that need to be addressed: 1) Insufficient oversight and authorization in the purchasing process as per the Budget Cost Plan (RBA), and 2) Inadequate employee training hinders the enhancement of Human Resource quality

Abstract

MSMEs in the national economy have a role as the main actors in economic activities. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a concrete player in the people's economy feel a strategy to be developed, because this sector is able to provide employment opportunities that are able to absorb the expected high workforce. The aim of this research is to examine local government strategies in increasing the productivity of MSMEs in Bumi Aji village, Batu city. The research method used in this research uses an exploratory descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The results of the research are the Petama Department of Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives and the Department of Industry and Trade which are the technical implementers in empowering MSMEs for processed mangoes. Second Resource development. Third, capital facilitation, fourth, expanding market access, fifth, facilitation of establishment permits, sixth, capital facilitation for MSMEs is regional bank loans, apart from that there are several other facilities, namely through the provision of Working Capital Credit, CSR. The strategy to expand market access is carried out, among others, through exhibition events at local, regional and national levels, printed (and electronic) media as well as the implementation of regulations regarding the requirements for establishing a mini market business, there must be five local MSME products. The next strategy is for the Batu City Government to provide socialization about the GAH MSME partnership. for all business information. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and fintech peer to peer lending on the decision to use Shopee PayLater. The population in this study was all 71 students at the School of Administration (STIA) Malang class 2019-2022 because there were less than 100 respondents. And the sample that meets the requirements is only 63 respondents. This study used a saturated sample.The results of the f test show that the variables influence Financial Literacy and Fintech Peer to Peer Lending simultaneously and have a significant influence on the variable Decision to Use Shopee Paylater with the result being Fcount > Ftable = 10,435 > 3.15 and a significance value of 0.02 < 0.05, which means the hypothesis of this research accept H1. From the analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) it shows that the R score for this research is 0.705 or it can be explained that the independent variable model contributes to the dependent variable by 70.5% while the remaining 29.5% is explained by other variable models outside this research.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of capital structure and asset management on profitability and firm value of real estate and property that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2011-2013 and give recommendations as the completion upon this research. By applying Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) of the population consisted of 54 company and a sample of 30 company was taken in 3 years observation, the analysis attempts to examining the influence among variables. This research uses debt ratio (DR), debt to equity ratio (DER),) as the variables of capital structure, inventory turnover (ITO, fixed asset turnover (FATO) and Total asset turnover (TATO) as the variable of asset management, and price book value (PBV), closing stock price as the variable of firm value. Result of the research reveal that capital structure has a significant and positif influence on profitability, asset management has no significant and positif influence on profitability, capital structure has a significant and positif influence on firm value, asset management has no significant and positif inflence on profitability. Furthermore profitability has a significant and positif influence on firm value. The present research confirms that capital structure, asset management, profitability and firm value is the essential and important aspect for the investors in determining the profitable stocks. Therefore, it is very useful for the investors to considerate these variable of research in order to make the right investment decisions and do stock trading confidently.Keywords: Capital Structure, Asset Management, Profitability, Firm Value, Real Estate and Property, GesCA, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
