Abstract

Evaluation is an effort to identify and evaluate aspects of work performance that influence the success of an organization or agency. The performance evaluation system or process plays a very important role in optimalizing and managing human resources in an agency because if it is not communicated well it will affect the success of the agency and also the ability of employees to plan their careers. The aim of this research is to assess the current employee work discipline at UPT SDN Purworejo 1 Pasuruan City and to find out what percentage of employee work discipline is according to employee attendance records monitored at UPT. SDN Purworejo 1, Pasuruan City. In this research, the data analysis used to analyze the data is a descriptive method. This method systematically, factually and precisely describes or describes the relationship between the facts and phenomena studied without statistical calculations. The research sample used was all employees at the UPT SDN Purworejo 1 school, Pasuruan City. Data collection techniques were carried out through guidance and literature review.

Abstract

Medical equipment is vital for providing healthcare services in hospitals. To ensure that medicalequipment procurement is both effective and efficient, a strong purchasing system and robust internal controls are necessary to prevent budget deviations and misuse.This study explores the medical equipment purchasing system and procedures at RS Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada, focusing on improving internal controls. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research involves datam collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis evaluates the purchasing system and procedures, including related functions, the documents used, record-keeping, management information needs, and procedural networks. It also assesses internal control elements such as organizational structure, authorization systems, best practices, and the quality of employees relative to their responsibilities.The study finds that the hospital's medical equipment purchasing system is generally effective.Nonetheless, there are notable weaknesses in internal controls that need to be addressed: 1) Insufficient oversight and authorization in the purchasing process as per the Budget Cost Plan (RBA), and 2) Inadequate employee training hinders the enhancement of Human Resource quality

Abstract

Di era digital yang penuh tantangan dan persaingan global, kemampuan untuk membangun citra diri yang positif melalui personal branding serta keterampilan memasarkan diri menjadi kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi muda, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Sayangnya, masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya strategi personal branding sejak dini, padahal hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap peluang kerja, jenjang karier, dan keberhasilan dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Malang dengan tujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa mengenai cara mengenali potensi diri; memberikan pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan media sosial secara strategis; serta mendorong siswa menyusun strategi pemasaran diri sesuai tujuan karier mereka. Metode kegiatan mencakup studi pendahuluan, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, sosialisasi, serta pengukuran dampak kegiatan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert kepada 49 responden. Hasil sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 11,8%, dari skor rata-rata 3,39 menjadi 3,98. Selain itu, siswa juga menyatakan bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat (skor 4,27) dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka (skor 4,10). Dengan demikian, sosialisasi personal branding dan strategi pemasaran diri menjadi salah satu solusi strategis dalam membekali siswa SMK agar lebih siap bersaing di dunia profesional yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Background: Some factors that affect the success of the creative economy such as purchasing by consumers include the marketing mix’ influence, psychological influences, socio-cultural influences, and the influence of the situation/environment. Satisfaction with the first purchase is a factor that affects the repurchase intention. Aim: This research aimed at discovering the influence of mixed marketing and psychological condition on purchase decisions and repurchase for the creative industry. Method: This is explanatory research. The approach used is quantitative, with a sample number of 91 out of 162 populations. Primary data collection using questionnaires was conducted. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and path analysis. Findings: The first hypothesis H1 received is "Marketing mix (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y1)". For H2 received, namely "Psychology (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y1)". Then for H3 received, namely "Marketing mix (X1) has a significant effect on the repurchase (Y2)". Furthermore, for H4 received, namely "Psychological (X2) has a significant effect on the repurchase (Y2)". For H5 received, namely "Purchase decision (Y1) has a significant effect on the repurchase (Y2)". The results of the path analysis showed that there was an influence between the marketing mix and the purchase decision by 30.2%, psychology to the purchase decision by 20.9%, the marketing mix on the repurchase by 20.3%, the psychological on the repurchase by 28.5% and the purchase decision on the repurchase by 36.4%.
