A monthly social media performance analysis will also be conducted, where the account insights, data, and performance will be analyzed to give an image of Herviolet’s current social media performance. Abstract

The world of education in Indonesia has developed along with technological advances and the use of the Internet, particularly during the pandemic, that make remote learning feasible. Alongside formal education, the demand for skill education has surged, creating an attractive market for online paid course players to penetrate, like MySkill. MySkill adopts various advertising strategies to promote its services, mainly email marketing. However, email marketing does not significantly influence customers' purchase intention of MySkill services. Therefore, this research intends to test the effect of customers' trust on permission email marketing and its subsequent influence on purchase intention. This research utilizes a quantitative approach by online survey and uses descriptive statistics and PLS-SEM to analyze the survey result. The results revealed that customers' trust significantly influences permission email marketing acceptance and purchase intention. Permission email marketing positively affects perceived usefulness and ease of use, increasing customer purchase intention. However, the relationship between perceived ease of use and purchase intention was not statistically significant. These findings are expected to give insight into developing better strategies for purchase intention in the educational technology industry or related industries.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of academic supervision to improving teacher competence through a Systematic Literature Review approach to 15 articles published in the last decade. The focus of the study includes the effectiveness of supervision, implementation techniques, teacher competence results, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The findings show that structured and ongoing academic supervision improves teachers’ pedagogical, professional, and technical competence. Techniques such as classroom observation and technical guidance have proven effective, but their implementation is constrained by time, workload, and low understanding. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive mapping across levels of education and the identification of contextual reflective supervision practices. Its contribution is as a basis for formulating collaborative academic supervision strategies based on teachers’ real needs to support the transformation of national education quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effective supervision approaches of school principals in improving teacher professionalism through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Teacher professionalism is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education, where the principal acts as an academic supervisor. A total of 15 relevant scientific articles from 2020 to 2025 were systematically analyzed to identify supervision strategies, implementation challenges, and their impact on teacher quality. The study results indicate that approaches such as clinical, collegial, Total Quality Management (TQM)-based supervision, as well as democratic and participatory approaches are effective in improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. However, several obstacles were also identified, such as minimal follow-up, the dominance of administrative approaches, and a lack of innovation in supervision implementation. The novelty of this study lies in the synthesis of supervision models that are contextual and relevant to the challenges of education in the digital era. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions by offering recommendations for applicable, sustainable, and collaborative supervision strategies to support teacher professional development in various educational units.
