Abstract

Common fishery such as the one in “Pusat Budidaya Perikanan ”, the PKMT team’s partner, located RM. Kahfi I, No. 1, Kelurahan Cipedak, Kecamatan Jagakarsa is still conducted its fish feeding activity manually. The feeding process is crucially counting on the man power that spreads the food known as “pelet” directly to the pounds without calculating the amount of the food. For that reason, this PKM T’s work tries to build a fish feeding system which is economical, automated and hygienic. As a realization, a miniature of Microcontroller-Based Smart Fish Feeding System with special modified features of automated pelet’s timer and its dosage scale has been created. These features can be set in accordance to the wishes since the microcontroller is used as “the system’s brain”. It controls the solenoid valve and the DC motor of the pelet storage container to work. Thus, the system can not only measure how much pelet is left but also notify it through a buzzer.

Abstract

The demands of the Civil Servants who always optimally carry out their duties to serve the community cause them to be vulnerable to work stress. Sustained work stress on the Civil Servants can result in burnout or boredom at work for the employee. One of the factors that influence the occurrence of burnout is social support. Therefore, this study will examine the relationship between social support from colleagues and superiors and burnout in the Civil Servants in two Salatiga city government agencies. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Participants in this study were all Civil Servants in two Salatiga City Government agencies, totaling 150 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is saturation sampling technique. This research instrument uses a scale of social support and burnout scale. This data analysis uses the Rank Spearman correlation test. This study's results indicate a significant negative relationship between social support and burnout in civil servants in two Salatiga City Government agencies. This can be seen from the Rank Spearman correlation value of -0.412 with a Sig. (1-tailed) of 0.000 Sig. (1-tailed) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the higher the social support, the lower the level of burnout in the Civil Servants in the two Salatiga City Governments. Conversely, the lower the level of social support for the Civil Servants in the two Salatiga City Government agencies, the higher the burnout rate.

Abstract

Identifikasi korban dalam kasus forensik, seperti pembunuhan dan bencana alam, sering kali menghadapi kesulitan ketika hanya bagian tubuh tertentu yang tersisa. Tulang femur sebagai tulang panjang terpanjang dalam tubuh manusia memiliki potensi tinggi sebagai indikator estimasi tinggi badan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ukuran panjang tulang femur dengan tinggi badan pada mahasiswa suku Bali di Universitas Malahayati. Rancangan penelitian numerik dengan metode potong lintang yang dilaksanakan pada Maret 2025. Subjek studi ini mencakup 37 responden yang sudah dipilih melalui metode consecutive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan panjang hubungan signifikan panjang femur pria terhadap tinggi badan (p = 0.001; r = 0.888) dan panjang femur wanita terhadap tinggi tubuh yang menunjukan bahwa nilai p = 0.001 (p0.05) dengan nilai r = 0.892. Dapat disimpulkan adanya hubungan erat antara panjang tulang femur laki-laki terhadap tinggi badan dan terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara panjang tulang femur perempuan terhadap tinggi badan. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam bidang ilmu forensik, khususnya dalam upaya rekonstruksi tubuh korban yang tidak teridentifikasi melalui estimasi tinggi badan berdasarkan sisa tulang rangka.
