Abstract

Surabaya has been developing a small and medium enterprises which one of them is village shoe. Small andmediums enterprises shoe has 140 units. However conditions of small and medium enterprises are nothingexport yet. This study wanted SMEs can be export product. This research use a method Delphi for choose acriterion what affects the development of export SMEs and then continued with modeling of using the methodANP and finally get the ranking of highest weight is linkage the material. Strategy that use is mappingsupplier what could give credit material. Strategic used is (1 ) give facility and increase quality SDM andthen taken worker by government and UKM, (2) mapping supplier who can giving credit material, (3) followinternational event or national event and add referensi shoe model with folowing trend.

Abstract

Raw materials as the most important factors in production activities, are obtained from suppliers. Suppliers are partners who ensure the availability of raw materials for the continuity of the company's production. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to choose the right supplier. The problem that occurs in Pak Wit's Tofu SME is that SMEs often change suppliers in procuring soybean raw materials because the SMEs do not have a fixed soybean supplier. This fact results in no certainty of raw materials from the supplier so that SMEs often experience a shortage of quality raw materials. This study aims to select the best supplier according to the criteria set by SMEs. There are 4 suppliers who are candidates with 4 criterias (price, quality, service and flexibility in delivery) used in choosing the best supplier. This research uses AHP to weight the criteria and TOPSIS to rank suppliers. The results of calculations with AHP found that the quality criteria were the first priority, with a value of 0.58. While with the TOPSIS method it was found that supplier 2 was the selected supplier with the highest preference of 0.941.

Abstract

Perum Bulog Kantor Wilayah Sulawesi Tenggara merupakan lembaga yang berperan penting dalam menjaga ketersediaan dan distribusi beras komersial di wilayah Sultra. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, penentuan rute kendaraan dilakukan menggunakan metode Branch and bound, sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) sebagai pendekatan metaheuristik dalam menyelesaikan masalah Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan rute distribusi yang paling optimal dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas kendaraan serta permintaan pelanggan agar proses pengiriman menjadi lebih efisien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, total jarak tempuh aktual pada distribusi beras komersial Bulog di Kota Kendari menggunakan metode Branch and bound adalah 331 km. Setelah dilakukan optimasi dengan metode Particle Swarm Optimization, jarak tempuh berhasil dikurangi menjadi 289 km. Artinya, terdapat penghematan jarak tempuh sebesar 42 km atau sekitar 12,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode PSO mampu menghasilkan rute distribusi yang lebih efisien, menurunkan biaya operasional transportasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas sistem distribusi beras komersial Bulog di wilayah Kendari.
