Abstract

Background: All employees of the company or government employees will in time retire. Upon entering the age of 56 years, the employee or civil servant to retire. Retirement is a stage of life characterized by the presence of transition and change in psychosocial role that causes stress. Retirement impact on the physical, social and spiritual individual. Physical disorders includes activity inhibited activity. Social problems cause individuals less participate in social activities. Less of spiritual needs fulfillment are more likely to cause the individual less activity in religious. Objective: To identify the correlation between spiritual fulfillment and civil servants retirement anxiety in Sleman. Methods: This study was a cross cectional design study. Statistical tests using correlation Kendal Tau with significance level p=0.05. Samples were taken using simple random sampling involved 55 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaires spiritual needs and anxiety questionnaires. Results: The results showed that the civils servant unmet spiritual needs (98.2%) and 68.4% retirement in the category of moderate anxiety. Kendal Tau test showed p=0.042, indicating there was a relationship between the spiritual fulfillment with retirement anxiety indicating on civil servant with r=-0.274 showed weak relationship. Conclusion:civil servant who had fulfilled spiritual needs would have moderate to mild levels of anxiety. Keywords: Spiritual Fulfillment, Anxiety, Retirement

Abstract

Abstrak:             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) gaya bahasa dalam Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi” karya Gampang Prawoto, (2) makna geguritan dalam Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi” karya Gampang Prawoto. Jenis Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi” karya Gampang Prawoto, dan data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan-kutipan dalam Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi”  karya Gampang Prawoto yang berupa bait-bait puisi yang di dalamya terdapat penggunaan gaya bahasa. Selain itu, juga berupa kutipan-kutipan geguritan yang di dalamnya mengandung makna-makna tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pustaka dan teknik simak catat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah human instrument yang dibantu buku tentang sastra dan puisi serta kartu pencatat data. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah content analysis atau analisis isi. Dalam penyajian hasil analisis data digunakan teknik informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi” karya Gampang Prawoto mengandung gaya bahasa dan makna-makna tertentu, gaya bahasa yang digunakan antara lain yaitu gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat yang terdiri dari  repetisi anafora (17), repetisi mesodiplosis (9), gaya berdasarkan langsung tidaknya makna yaitu gaya bahasa retoris yang terdiri dari asindenton (3) dan hiperbola (8), dan gaya bahasa kiasan yang terdiri dari persamaan/simile (8), metafora (3), personifikasi (15), metonimia (13), dan sinisme  (5); dan makna geguritan yang terdapat dalam Antologi Geguritan “Puser Bumi” karya Gampang Prawoto adalah tentang pesan-pesan pengarang yang berhubungan dengan masalah kehidupan yang dialami oleh manusia, seperti masalah asmara, politik, ekonomi dan kehidupan orang perkotaan dengan orang pedesaan. Kata Kunci : gaya bahasa, geguritan Puser Bumi
