Abstract

After evaluating and does research in process of management of education data and kependidikan and reporting processes, still there is difficulty in data input and not effective of data reporting processes, and has not his(its computerized some important parts found on management of educator data and kependidikan. Needs existence of a good computerization system and facilitates work done with minimization of mistake happened and eliminates paper ( paperless ). The Application Of Educator data processing and kependidikan is a system integrating key parts. This system can present data from educator energy data process and does process kependidikan of like management of rank data, sertifikasi, and hour(clock teachs. Process of report that is quickly and accurate for leader and reporting to management indirectly can be done based on period which has been determined by user and also leader.Keyword : Computerization, Paperless, Application

Abstract

Application of SCM (Supply Chain Management) in the company is essential for controling inventory. By applying the method of SCM, the company will be better because the scope of SCM is a system in which business organization distributes goods production and services to its customers. The chain of this supply is also a network of interconnected organizations that have same goal i.e distributing  goods to users well. Information systems developed in the application of SCM is to control inventory in PD. Macro Market. It is an integrated system between the parties directly associated with PD. Macro Market, including suppliers, PD. Macro Market and customers. The company gives access for suppliers to view the minimum stock of inventory so that inventory control is not only monitored by the company but also by the supplier. While on the customers side, customers can see the availability of the goods so that customers will easily place an order because there has been the availability of goods. The customers are not bothered to  come to PD. Macro Market to make a reservation because this system allows customers to make reservations online

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ulkus diabetikum merupakan salah satu komplikasi kronis yang serius pada penderita diabetes mellitus, dengan risiko tinggi terhadap infeksi, gangren, dan amputasi ekstremitas bawah. Ulkus diabetikum ditandai dengan luka terbuka pada ekstremitas bawah yang sulit sembuh akibat neuropati perifer dan gangguan vaskular. Oleh karena itu butuh penanganan yang tepat, salah satunya adalah perawatan luka modern dengan penggunaan zinc chitosan cream, yang menggabungkan sifat antimikroba seng (zinc) dan biopolimer kitosan untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pemberian zinc chitosan cream terhadap proses penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum dalam konteks asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Luka Pangandaran. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus melalui pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Proses pengkajian, penegakan diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan intervensi, pelaksanaan tindakan, hingga evaluasi dilakukan secara sistematis pada klien dengan ulkus diabetikum. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan implementasi hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian zinc chitosan cream secara konsisten selama 6 hari memberikan dampak positif terhadap penyembuhan luka, ditandai dengan tidak adanya slough, penurunan eksudat, perubahan pada warna luka, dengan total skor pengkajian luka berdasarkan Betes Jensen di pertemuan pertama sebanyak 39 dan pada pertemuan terakhir sebanyak 29. Kesimpulan: Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa zinc chitosan cream dapat mempercepat dalam proses penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum sebagai bagian dari perawatan luka modern yang mendukung prinsip moist wound healing.
