This study aims to analyze the implementation of the MuhasaPAI Program in developing the religious character of students at SDIT Bina Insan Cendikia Mentok and SDN 21 Mentok. The MuhasaPAI Program is a development model that integrates muhasabah (self-reflection) into learning activities and daily routines as an effort to foster spiritual awareness, self-control, and noble character in students. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants included the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the MuhasaPAI Program was effective in both schools due to the commitment of Islamic Religious Education teachers as facilitators and primary role models. Students demonstrated significant development in religious aspects, such as increased discipline in worship, emotional control, politeness in interactions, and social awareness. This program also harmoniously integrates cognitive, affective, and moral-spiritual aspects, thus developing students who not only understand religious teachings but are also able to practice them in their daily lives. Overall, the MuhasaPAI Program can be seen as a relevant and effective character education model for developing a generation with noble character, integrity, and a clear moral compass. The implementation of this program makes a significant contribution to preparing students to face the social and cultural challenges of the modern era with wisdom and a high degree of responsibility. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program MuhasaPAI dalam mengembangkan karakter religius peserta didik di SDIT Bina Insan Cendikia Mentok dan SDN 21 Mentok. Program MuhasaPAI merupakan model pembinaan yang mengintegrasikan muhasabah (refleksi diri) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan rutinitas harian sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual, pengendalian diri, serta akhlak mulia pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru PAI, dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program MuhasaPAI berjalan efektif di kedua sekolah karena didukung oleh komitmen guru PAI sebagai fasilitator dan teladan utama. Peserta didik menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan dalam aspek religius, seperti peningkatan kedisiplinan beribadah, kemampuan mengontrol emosi, kesantunan dalam berinteraksi, serta kepedulian sosial. Program ini juga mampu menyatukan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan moral-spiritual secara harmonis sehingga membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya memahami ajaran agama, tetapi juga mampu mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara keseluruhan, Program MuhasaPAI dapat dipandang sebagai model pendidikan karakter yang relevan dan efektif bagi pembentukan generasi berakhlak mulia, berintegritas, dan memiliki kompas moral yang jelas. Implementasi program ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan sosial dan budaya di era modern dengan sikap bijaksana dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi
