Prof. H. M. Yamin streets is the main street passed by many vechhiles. This road is surrounded buildings. Which as public place such as a hospital, food store, mosque and offices place, so that potentially cause noise that exceeds the threshold values which have been determinate. This research aims to know intensity of noise, relations intensity of noise with job stress, noise intensity relationship with job stress based on age and employment history. This types of research is survey analytic by cross sectional design. The population is all parking attendants around Prof. H.M.. Yamin streets, Medan as many as 30 people and made entirely of samples. The object of this research was the traffic noise obtained from the measurement results directly and interviews. The results of this research indicate the intensity of traffic noise in point 1 in front of Al-Amin’s mosque, is (82,96 dB/A), while traffic noise intensity in point 2 in front of the Pirngadi Hospital Medan is (80,53 dB/A). There was no significant relation between age (p = 0.364), work time (p = 0.073),longer work (p=0,140) and traffic noise intensity (p = 0,624) and work stress on street parking officer Prof. H.M. Yamin street, Medan. Suggested to relevant agencies to conduct health checks at regular intervals, to the parking attendants to that regular meals, adequate rest, confident, sociable, positive thinking, and reduce cigarette consumtion / coffe, and should be done in order to shift the parking attendants do not get exposure to noise on and should be done in order to shift turnover parking attendants got no exposure to noise. Stunting adalah masalah gizi kronis akibat kurangnya asupan gizi dalam jangka waktu panjang sehingga mengakibatkan terganggunya pertumbuhan pada anak.Stunting juga menjadi salah satu penyebab tinggi badan anak terhambat, sehingga lebih rendah dibandingkan anak-anak seusianya.Tidak jarang masyarakat menganggap kondisi tubuh pendek merupakan faktor genetika dan tidak ada kaitannya dengan masalah kesehatan.Faktanya, faktor genetika memiliki pengaruh kecil terhadap kondisi kesehatan seseorang dibandingkan dengan faktor lingkungan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Biasanya, Stunting mulai terjadi saat anak masih berada dalam kandungan dan terlihat saat mereka memasuki usia dua tahun.Penyebab utama dari Stunting adalah malnutrisi pada ibu hamil dan kurang nya asupan gizi pada masa pertumbuhan anak.Faktor yang sering menjadi masalah Stunting ini adalah kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan ibu terhadap pentingnya memberikan asupan gizi pada anak saat dalam kandungan sampai masa pertumbuhan.Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan dengan menyediakan PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) sebagai bahan edukasi dan upaya dalam meningkatkan nutrisi yang baik terkhusus nya untuk ibu hamil dan balita.Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang ciri, penyebab, dan Pencegahan Stunting yang kemudian menerapkan program pemerintah berupa PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan).Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi yang baik bagi warga desa agar lebih memperhatikan dan memberikan asupan bergizi guna mencegah terjadinya stunting dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anak - anak di masa mendatang.

Needlestick injury (NSI) is a common occupational accident in hospitals and carries the risk of transmitting blood-borne pathogens. This study aimed to determine the factors influencing NSI among nurses at Sibuhuan Regional Hospital in 2025 using a cross-sectional design. The study population was 130 nurses with total sampling. Analysis used the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed that training (p<0.001), knowledge (p=0.038), use of PPE (p<0.001), and implementation of SOP (p=0.011) influenced NSI, with training as the most dominant factor (Exp(B)=16.437). This means that nurses who have never participated in training are 16.4 times more likely to experience NSI than those who have received training. It is recommended that Sibuhuan Regional Hospital conduct routine training, improve nurse education levels, and build a safe work culture to reduce the risk of occupational accidents.
