Abstract

Morphological and genetic variations within Salvia japonica (Lamiaceae) and its related species in Japan were analyzed for clarifying their taxonomic significance. The genetic variations were explored through chloroplast and nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences and allozyme polymorphisms. Since chromosome numbers characterized the genus of Salvia, we also examined whether the karyotypes were different. We examined 58 populations of S. japonica and 14 populations of others species of Salvia. Among the populations of S. japonica represented four forms (f. japonica, f. longipes, f. lanuginosa and f. albiflora). The size of chromosomes were various among Salvia spp. Based on the allozyme as well as the DNA sequence, the populations of S. japonica separated from the others Salvia species. The populations of S. japonica exhibited four combinations of the morphological characters. However, these combinations did not correlate to the four forms of S. japonica. In addition, the morphological variations did not correlate to the allozyme and DNA sequences. It is suggested that the four morphological variations as well as the four form of S. japonica should not considered to be a taxonomic unit; accordingly, S. japonica were considered to be still at the early stage of speciation process. Abstract

ANALISIS THERMAL-FLOW RGTT DENGAN PROGRAM THERMIX. Analisis 2 dimensi (2D) diperlukan untuk mempelajari karakteristik thermal-flow reaktor di dalam kondisi tunak. Dibandingkan dengan code termal-hidraulik 3D yang telah mapan ATTICA3D (Advanced Thermal Hydraulics Tool for In-vessel & Core Analysis in 3D), code analisis sistem 2D yang baru THERMIX, yang dikembangkan oleh IKE dari University of Stuttgart berbasis TH2D, digunakan untuk melakukan kalkulasi dan analisis thermal-flow RGTT kondisi tunak. Suatu kalkulasi 2D untuk kondisi tunak diterapkan pada dasarnya untuk menunjukkan kemampuan simulasi 2D dari THERMIX, yang akan sangat bermanfaat pada tahap desain selanjutnya untuk konseptual desain RGTT. Berdasarkan perhitungan pada distribusi daya, perbandingan kalkulasi dua dimensi antara ATTICA3D dan THERMIX menunjukkan bahwa hasil-hasil utama yang meliputi penurunan tekanan dan distribusi temperatur berada dalam kesesuaian yang baik. Hasil simulasi 2D yang ditunjukkan dalam makalah ini masih hasil awal, dan pekerjaan penelitian lebih lanjut, seperti perbandingan dengan data eksperimental atau dengan beberapa code CFD komersial, perlu dilaksanakan dalam rangka untuk memvalidasi lebih lanjut code THERMIX dan mempelajari karakteristik 2D dari RGTT di masa mendatang.Kata Kunci : thermal-flow, RGTT, THERMIX, ATTICA3D, kondisi tunak

Abstract

The research reactor in the world is to be known safer than power reactor due to its simpler design related to the core and operational chararacteristics. Nevertheless, potential hazards of research reactor to the public and the environment can not be ignored due to several special features. Therefore the level of safety must be clearly demonstrated in the safety analysis report (SAR) using safety analysis, which is performed with various approaches and methods supported by computational tools. The purpose of this research is to simulate several accidents in the Indonesia RSG-GAS reactor, which may lead to the fuel damage, to complement the severe accident analysis results that already described in the SAR. The simulation were performed using the thermal hydraulic code of RELAP5/SCDAP/Mod3.4 which has the capability to model the plate-type of RSG-GAS fuel elements. Three events were simulated, which are loss of primary and secondary flow without reactor trip, blockage of core subchannels without reactor trip during full power, and loss of primary and secondary flow followed by reactor trip and blockage of core subchannel. The first event will harm the fuel plate cladding as showed by its melting temperature of 590 °C. The blockage of one or more subchannels in the one fuel element results in different consequences to the fuel plates, in which at least two blocked subchannels will damage one fuel plate, even more the blockage of one fuel element. The combination of loss of primary and secondary flow followed by reactor trip and blockage of one fuel element has provided an increase of fuel plate temperature below its melting point meaning that the established natural circulation and the relative low reactor power is sufficient to cool the fuel element.Keywords: loss of flow, blockage, fuel plate, RSG-GAS, RELAP5 SIMULASI RELAP5 UNTUK ANALISIS KECELAKAAN PARAH PADA REAKTOR RSG-GAS. Reaktor riset di dunia diketahui lebih aman dari pada reaktor daya karena desainnya yang lebih sederhana pada teras dan karakteristika operasinya. Namun demikian, potensi bahaya reaktor riset terhadap publik dan lingkungan tidak bisa diabaikan karena beberapa fitur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, level keselamatan reaktor riset harus jelas ditunjukkan dalam Laporan Analisis Keselamatan (LAK) dalam bentuk analisis keselamatan yang dilakukan dengan berbagai macam pendekatan dan metode dan didukung dengan alat komputasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mensimulasikan beberapa kecelakaan parah pada reaktor RSG-GAS yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan bahan bakar untuk memperkuat hasil analisis kecelakaan parah yang sudah ada dalam LAK. Simulation dilakukan dengan program perhitungan RELAP5/SCDAP/Mod3.4 yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memodelkan elemen bahan bakar tipe pelat di RSG-GAS. Tiga kejadian telah disimulasikan yaitu hilangnya aliran primer dan sekunder dengan kegagalan reaktor untuk dipadamkan, tersumbatnya beberapa kanal pendingin bahan bakar pada daya penuh, dan hilangnya aliran primer dan sekunder yang diikuti dengan tersumbatnya beberapa kanal pendingin bahan bakar setelah reaktor padam. Kejadian pertama akan membahayakan pelat bahan bakar dengan naiknya temperatur kelongsong hingga titik lelehnya yaitu 590 °C. Tersumbatnya satu atau beberapa kanal pada satu elemen bahan bakar menyebabkan konsekuensi yang berbeda pada pelat bahan bakar, dimana paling sedikit tersumbatnya 2 kanal akan merusak satu pelat bahan bakar, apalagi tersumbatnya satu elemen bahan bakar. Kombinasi antara hilangnya aliran pendingin primer dan sekunder yang diikuti dengan tersumbatnya satu kanal bahan bakar setelah reaktor dipadamkan menyebabkan naiknya temperatur kelongsong di bawah titik lelehnya yang berarti sirkulasi alam yang terbentuk dan daya yang terus turun cukup untuk mendinginkan elemen bahan bakar.Kata kunci: kehilangan aliran, penyumbatan, pelat bahan bakar, RSG-GAS, RELAP5

Abstract

This study analyzed the design of a risk-based audit plan in the internal audit division (a case study of PT. XY). It is expected that the implementation of a risk-based audit plan in the internal audit division can support the achievement of the strategic plan of PT. XY. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The data collection technique was carried out by document analysis and interviews with structured questions, while the analysis technique was conducted with data reduction, data display, and concluding. This study concluded that using the risk-based internal audit plan method yielded several advantages, including more measurable auditable areas aligned with company objectives, number of mandays efficiency, and budget efficiency. Therefore, the authors suggest applying risk-based internal audit (RBIA) in the audit planning process for the following years and performing assurance mapping as a critical factor in supporting the audit planning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru sekolah dasar (SD) yang bersertifikasi se-Kec.Baamang Kabupaten Kotim.Populasi penelitian ini semua guru yang bersertifikasi yang berada di SD N 3 Baamang Tengah,SD N 4 Baamang Hilir, SD N 7 Baamang Hilir, SD N 2 Baamang Hulu dan SD N 2 Baamang tengah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 guru yang bersertifikasi teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitati Berdasarkan dari nilai PKG guru yang sudah dikategorikan diperoleh kategori kinerja guru sertifikasi secara keseluruhan rendah sebesar 4,68% (9 orang guru serserifikasi).Untuk kategori kinerja guru sertifikasi secara keseluruhan sedang sebesar 20.28% ( 39 orang guru serserifikasi ). Untuk kategori kinerja guru sertifikasi secara keseluruhan tinggi sebesar 2.28% ( 4 orang guru sersertifikasi ). Untuk kinerja guru erserifikasi yang diambil data dari 5 ( lima ) SD yaitu: SD N 3 Baamang Tengah,SD N 4 Baamang Hilir, SD N 7 Baamang Hilir, SD N 2 Baamang Hulu dan SD N 2 Baamang Tengah menunjukan kinerja yang dihasilkan selama tahun 2015-2016 mendapatkan nilai sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap guru terhadap perilaku negatif siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 7 Sampit yang terdiri atas 3 kelas dengan jumlah 82 siswa dan secara keseluruhan diambil sebagai sampel karena kurang dari 100. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana yang dibantu dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh sikap guru terhadap perilaku negatif siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 7 Sampit Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Public trust is a key indicator of trustworthy government and a fundamental characteristic of a well-constructed governance system. The development of the concept begins with the fundamental government led by village head. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the level of confidence possessed by Klurak community regarding village head as well as to assess the impact of performance and the implementation of trustworthy government on public trust. The information was gathered through the use of stratified random sampling and examined using quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of public trust of Klurak Village placed in village head was 81.9%. This level of trust was impacted by village head performance and trustworthy governance, while other variables influenced 18.1% of the concept. Trustworthy government and village head performance had positive and negative influences on public trust, respectively.

Abstract

A collection of shoes that are not neatly arranged often makes you lazy to tidy up and clean them, whereas the condition of scattered shoes can spoil the view and reduce the durability and functionality of the shoes themselves. On the other hand, plastic waste, especially plastic bottles, is increasing and becoming a serious problem for the environment. In an effort to reduce the impact of pollution and utilize unused items, this study proposes a solution in the form of making a shoe rack from used plastic bottle waste. The use of plastic bottles not only reduces the amount of waste but also provides a practical solution for more organized shoe storage, especially for students who need efficient and environmentally friendly shoe storage space. The method used in this study is (R&D), which aims to develop a shoe rack product and test its effectiveness and feasibility. The test results show that this shoe rack can accommodate 12 pairs of shoes with a maximum strength of 5.5 kg per rack consisting of three levels. The use of 69 plastic bottles for the base and 24 bottles for the walls provides a large enough capacity to store shoes. Based on the test results, this shoe rack not only functions as a place to store shoes, but also as an effort to reduce plastic waste and support environmental sustainability. This product can also be used as an example in learning product design, recycling, and entrepreneurship.
