Abstract

Salah satu kendala pada otomatisasi mesin bubut manual menjadi otomatis adalahkeausan dan ketidakpresisian gigi-gigi transmisi baik arah radial dan axial. Keausan dan ketidakpresisian inimenyebabkan kesalahan yang disebut kesalahan backlash. Untuk mengoreksi kesalahan ini diperlukankompensasi backlash. Kompensasi backlash sangat penting dilakukan guna untuk mendapatkan hasil yangsesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan sebelumnya. Untuk itu dilakukan beberapa kali uji coba untukmengamati kesalahan yang terjadi baik arah radial maupun axial. Dari beberapa kali uji coba dapat disimpulkanbahwa kesalahan backlash terjadi pada arah axial maupun radial. Kesalahan ini disebabkan oleh keausan gigitransmisi atau ketidakpresisian penyambung antara motor servo dan as putar penggerak mesin bubut Alpine 350.Dari hasil pengamatan dan uji coba didapatkan Backlash arah axial (sumbu x) sebesar 0,01 mm dan arah radial(sumbu y) sebesar 0,023 mm. Oleh karena itu, sebelum mesin digunakan perlu dilakukan kompensasi backlashbaik secara manual pada saat entri data koordinat atau dapat juga dilakukan pada pengaturan kompensasibacklash yang terdapat pada parameter setting extended software Advanced Position Module (APM) sebesar0,01 mm arah axial dan sebesar 0,023 mm arah radial.

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM AKUISISI DATA TEKANAN DAN TEMPERATUR PADA FESPeCo MENGGUNAKAN NI cRIO 9074. Telah dilakukan pembuatan sistem akuisisi data tekanan dan temperatur pada sarana eksperimen pendinginan sungkup reaktor. FESPeCo (Fasilitas Eksperimen Pendingin Containtment) merupakan sarana simulasi untuk mendalami perilaku pembebanan internal yaitu berupa perubahan tekanan dan temperatur didalam sungkup reaktor PLTN jenis PWR yang diakibatkan karena kehilangan pendingin air. Tekanan gas yang berasal proses pelepasan hasil fisi serta uap air direpresentasikan dengan tekanan gas Helium (He) dan disimulasikan dengan mengatur mengatur laju alir gas He kedalam sungkup. Untuk mengamati fenomena ini diperlukan suatu sistem akusisi data untuk mencatat perubahan tekanan dan temperatur yang sangat cepat terjadi. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem akuisisi data temperatur dan tekanan ini ada lah untuk mempermudah dan membantu pengumpulan data temperatur dan tekanan pada sungkup yang disebabkan karena pendinginan semburan air dengan kondisi tertentu. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilakukan perangkaian modul-modul berupa perangkat keras dan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras utamanya terdiri Modul cRIO 9074, modul Ni 9213 , modul Ni 9203 dan komputer. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah LabVIEW 2011. Sensor yang digunakan pada pengukuran laju alir gas menggunakan digital mass flow meters tipe FMA 6600 dari Omega dan sensor tekanan menggunakan pressure transducer tipe M5100. Dari hasil uji coba dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembuatan sistem akuisisi data temperatur dan tekanan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dipergunakan untuk keperluan akuisisi data tekanan dan temperatur serta laju alir gas He pada FESPeCo. Abstract

Fenomena perpindahan panas dua fasa yang terjadi pada celah sempit yang berbentuk pelat pada Untai Uji Beta (UUB) penting untuk dikaji terutama pada saat terjadi kehilangan pendingin (Loos of Coolant) LOCA pada PLTN tipe PWR. Untuk menunjang pengkajian ini diperlukan sistim instrumentasi yang memadai terutama untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan keselamatan operator yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual, yaitu merancang otomatisasi katup bukaan sistem primer pada UUB berdasarkan temperatur pendingin. Tujuan rancang bangun adalah untuk mendapatkan sistem instrumentasi kendali katup yang bekerja secara otomatis sehingga memudahkan peneliti dalam melaksanakan kegiatan eksperimen dengan menggunakan fasilitas UUB. Kegiatan rancang bangun dimulai dengan menentukan modul-modul yang berhubungan dengan parameter besaran fisis yaitu modul NI 9213 (termokopel) untuk meman-tau temperatur dan modul NI 9476 (digital I/O) untuk mematikan dan menyalakan pemanas. Setelah merangkai modul-modul tersebut menjadi satu kesatuan sistem otomatisasi kendali maka dibuat pro-gram kendali menggunakan perangkat lunak LabVIEW 2011. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan temperatur pendingin pada 55 - 60 oC dapat dicapai pada menit ke-28 dimulai dari suhu kamar dan pemanas mati dan pemanas hidup kembali pada menit ke-98. Dengan demikian sistem otomatisasi katup bukaan pada sistem pendinginan sistem primer dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan eksperimen di UUB.

Abstract

Pisangan Jaya Village Office is a Government agency in Pisangan Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. Making correspondence is one of the services carried out by the Pisangan Jaya Village Government to the community. So far, the process of making letters is still carried out manually, people come to the Village Office to take care of the certificate and verification by officers. Many times people need to repeatedly go to the Village Office due to lack of some requirements. Limited office service hours, making this service less effective and efficient. The goal is to build a web-based correspondence service information system.  This information system design process will use prototyping methods to build and implement an administrative service information system at the Pisangan Jaya Village office. This system is able to facilitate village office officers in carrying out mail services, shortening work time, the community is able to make letters easily and.

Abstract

The concept of a Decision Support System (DSS) was first expressed in 1971 by Michael Scott Morton with the term Management Decision System. Then a number of companies, research institutions and universities began to conduct research and build decision support systems, so it can be concluded that this decision support system is a computer-based system intended to help decision makers in utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. Mistakes in choosing employees, of course, have a bad impact on the company itself, because it can directly affect the productivity and performance of the company. This is supported by reports of entry and exit of employees from this Company that there are still a significant number of employees leaving, where the reason for the employee leaving is dominant with employees who do not pass the probationary period and leave because they are unable to meet the demands of the work given, so this needs improvement so that the employees accepted are employees with the best results that can be said to be competent and in accordance with the criteria  Existing positions so that in the future it is expected to reduce the number of employees leaving. To overcome this problem, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the flow and stages used include observation, interviews, analysis, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a decision support system that is expected to facilitate the selection process for employee acceptance at PT West Home Property.

Abstract

Language is the most important means of communication for humans, since it serves as a means of conveying messages from a person to others. One of the popular languages among Indonesians is English and Arabic. Language learning in the conventional way is usually carried out in a face-to-face manner directly with teachers at school or in science assemblies. The existence of mobile-based technology that is currently popular, namely Android, can help the language learning process, so that English and Arabic learning can be poured into digital forms. Introducing objects to children from an early age is very necessary to help the growth and development of children so that they have readiness to enter further education, especially at the kindergarten level, to be more mentally prepared when entering the elementary school level. The problem that often arises is that when learning children tend to be bored due to the lack of learning media used as material delivery. This has led to a decrease in interest in learning in children. To overcome these problems, PAUD DAAR EL HASANAH Kindergarten requires learning media that can help students in learning to be more fun. So with that, researchers are interested in designing an android-based 4 language object recognition application (Indonesian, Arabic, English, Mandarin), with the hope that the application can help students in learning. The application was designed using Construct 2 and tested using the black box method. The content of this application displays material on the introduction of objects in 4 languages, namely Indonesian, Arabic and English on different menus, there is also a play menu such as a quiz to hone children's skills. With an attractive appearance, this application helps teachers in the learning process, as well as parents in the learning process of children at home. Before testing, a demo of the application was carried out first so that parents and students understood how to use the application, which then students tried the application accompanied by teachers and parents. From the results of tests and questionnaires from 40 respondents who stated that the application is suitable for use as a learning medium, especially to introduce objects.

Abstract

E-commerce transaction administration information system plays a crucial role in the operation of online businesses. This research aims to design an efficient and reliable e-commerce transaction administration information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework Laravel at KOMA Collection. The RAD method is employed to accelerate the system development process and ensure active user involvement in the design phase. Meanwhile, the MVC framework Laravel provides a clear and organized structure for developing PHP-based web applications. This study combines qualitative and quantitative approaches in data collection and analysis. Data are gathered through interviews with the owner of KOMA Collection, observations of the existing transaction administration processes, and surveys conducted among potential users. The result of this research is the design of an e-commerce transaction administration information system that includes modules for user registration, product management, shopping cart, payment, and transaction history. Additionally, the system is equipped with inventory management and sales reporting features to support efficiency and business decision-making. The implementation of this e-commerce transaction administration information system is expected to assist KOMA Collection in improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and strengthening competitiveness in the e-commerce industry. Furthermore, the findings of this research contribute to the development of better e-commerce transaction administration information systems in the future.

Abstract

Scheduling seminar proposals at the Department of Civil Engineering, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, the system currently used is manually using Microsoft Excel software, so the possibility of conflicts and delays in the preparation of the Proposal Seminar Schedule are often experienced. In this study, a web-based proposal seminar scheduling application with the name PSPTS will be designed to make it easier for students to submit files without having to go to campus, department administrations do not have to type data manually, and the head of the study program can arrange schedules online. Using Waterfall as the method, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) for the programming language base, Codeigniter for the framework and for data storage using MySQL. With the existence of a website with the name PSPTS, it can improve the quality and service at the Department of Civil Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.   Keywords : Scheduling, Proposal Seminars, Codeigniter, Waterfall.

Abstract

Games are one of the many entertainment media that are growing rapidly along with the development of information and communication technology, and the genres in games are also growing rapidly and are increasingly varied nowadays. One of the genres in the game is strategy. Tower defense game is a subgenre of strategy game, the main goal of Tower defense game is to protect an area so that it is not passed by enemies who walk on a predetermined path by building a tower placement strategy that will attack enemies so they don't get to that area. Usually the towers that are built have differences in their effectiveness when attacking or shooting enemies. Players will get points if they succeed in defeating enemies which can be used to build towers that aim to provide additional damage or a different shooting range.
