Abstract

Salah satu wilayah yang memiliki stasiun pengamatan pasang surut air laut di Indonesia adalah Bakauheni, Lampung. Pasang surut merupakan suatu fenomena pergerakan naik turun permukaan air laut secara berkala pada waktu tertentu. Pasang surut air laut dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan masyarakat disekitar pesisir, oleh karena itu dengan teknologi saat ini melalui bidang ilmu Machine Learning, melakukan proses prediksi terhadap ketinggian pasang surut air laut dapat menjadi solusi untuk kelancaran kegiatan masyarakat yang dilakukan di laut. Dengan memanfaatkan data pasang surut yang direkam secara realtime di stasiun pengamatan pushidrosal bakauheni Lampung dapat dilakukan pemodelan prediksi. Data yang digunakan adalah data rekaman yang terkumpul dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Data tersebut kemudian dibagi menjadi data latih dan data uji untuk selanjutnya dibentuk menjadi model prediksi. Pembentukan model prediksi dilakukan dengan algoritme Support Vector Regression dengan kernel Radial Basis Function (RBF). Berhasarkan hasil tuning parameter yang dilakukan pada parameter gamma, menghasilkan nilai terbaik menggunakan parameter gamma sebesar 1000. Nilai RMSE yang dihasilkan pada parameter gamma tersebut adalah 0.4938244 dengan nilai korelasinya yang diperoleh adalah 0.9202879. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, model prediksi yang dibentuk dianggap cukup baik dalam melakukan prediksi terhadap  pasang surut air laut pada stasiun pushidrosal bakauheni, Lampung.

Abstract

Fish torso props are learning media that can be used to understand the subject about fish morphology and anatomy. The subject is one of the difficulties for students because students' understanding of the concept of the subject is still relatively low. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of fish torso tool and the magnitude of the influence they have on student learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The samples used in this research were grade X students of the Freshwater Fisheries Agribusiness skills program at SMKN 1 Warunggunung which consisted of two classes that is class X APAT 1 as the control class and class X APAT 2 as the experimental class. The control class will apply learning using Powerpoint media while the experimental class will apply learning using fish torso tool as media. Moreover, the data collection methods used were tests in the form of pretests and posttests, as well as non-tests in the form of observation and documentation. The research results show that the average N-gain scores in the experimental class is 68% while in the control class it was 37%. Therefore, it shows that the fish torso tool has an influence on student learning outcomes. The magnitude of this influence is proven through the effect size test which obtained a value of 1.865. Thus, it can be concluded that the fish torso tools have quite an effective effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The concept of a Decision Support System (DSS) was first expressed in 1971 by Michael Scott Morton with the term Management Decision System. Then a number of companies, research institutions and universities began to conduct research and build decision support systems, so it can be concluded that this decision support system is a computer-based system intended to help decision makers in utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. Mistakes in choosing employees, of course, have a bad impact on the company itself, because it can directly affect the productivity and performance of the company. This is supported by reports of entry and exit of employees from this Company that there are still a significant number of employees leaving, where the reason for the employee leaving is dominant with employees who do not pass the probationary period and leave because they are unable to meet the demands of the work given, so this needs improvement so that the employees accepted are employees with the best results that can be said to be competent and in accordance with the criteria  Existing positions so that in the future it is expected to reduce the number of employees leaving. To overcome this problem, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the flow and stages used include observation, interviews, analysis, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a decision support system that is expected to facilitate the selection process for employee acceptance at PT West Home Property.
