Abstract

Export and import are one of the long-running international trade activities and are still ongoing. The United States is one of the importing countries of Indonesia in the food and technology industry. In the analysis of this research, the aim is to determine how far the influence of US exports and imports on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study using quantitative methods using secondary data sourced from the world bank with panel data which is the time series for the 2010 - 2019 period. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between export value and import value together on GDP value. . So from this case it can be concluded that the export value and the import value together have no effect on the GDP value in the United States of America. Meanwhile, it can be concluded that partially the import value has no effect on the value of GDP in the United States of America.Export and import are one of the long-running international trade activities and are still ongoing. Abstract

has the potential and opportunity to become the world’s Islamic financial center. But, the financial sector of Indonesia is still dominated by conventional finance. The existence of a very wide gap between conventional finance and Islamic finance, charge for Indonesian society to get a high level of Islamic financial literacy. One of the factors that affect the level of Islamic financial literacy is psychosocial factors. This research aims to analyze the direct effect of hopelessness, religiosity, and financial satisfaction factors on Islamic financial literacy and the indirect effect of religiosity on Islamic financial literacy through the hopelessness and financial satisfaction of traders in the Shubuh Market, Dusun Dadung, Sambirejo Village, Mantingan District. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research were 37 traders. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the number of selected samples is 30 traders. This research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) method by smartPLS 3.0. The result of this research showed that the Islamic financial literacy rate of Shubuh market traders is high with a percentage of 87.25%, financial satisfaction has a positive effect significantly on Islamic financial literacy, hopelessness has a negative effect significantly on Islamic financial literacy, religiosity has a positive effect significantly on financial satisfaction, religiosity has a negative effect significantly on hopelessness, religiosity does no effect or insignificantly on Islamic financial literacy, but religiosity has a positive effect significantly on Islamic financial literacy through the financial satisfaction and hopelessness.

Abstract

This article is an adaptation of the evaluation results of an innovative approach realized in the students of PMDG Putri Kampus 2 who have not used blogs at all. Blog as an interactive and efficient homepage to be managed allows students to be trained in computer-based literacy improvement. With the survey conducted on 28 students of grade 5 KMI or Kulliyatul Mu'allimat Islamiah, it will present different perceptions of each individual. The santriwati who responded to the distribution of the survey form were students who actively participated in the Introduction and Creating Weblog Training. The training was held to measure how much blogs play a role in the students' ability to improve literacy skills.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine waqf Pesantren Gontor affecting the poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The pilot project is based on a sample of 30 responsible In several business units in Pesantren Gontor such as Gontor’s Taylor unit, Gontor’s Supermarket, Gontor’s Bakery and Gontor’s food court. The study used partial least squares structural equation modelling tool to analyze data which provide evidence of realibility and validity. The empirical results show that Waqf business units (source of fund, profitability, Business Capital, Product Innovation, market need) are significantly positive affected with Human Resources Development and Waqf Pesantren Gontor. Moreover, Waqf Pesantren Gontor are significantly positive affected with poverty alleviation. The finding of the study will be a bench mark or the board for policy makers and implementers in torching the avenue of Waqf Pesantren improvement and Poverty alleviation.

Abstract

Money is a tool intermediary humans to perform the transaction  payment  is national or international. In its development money undergoes several changes. Similarly, in the development of the world economy, there has been a financial crisis that hit in various countries, such as the global economic crisis. Crisis economic global is the crisis that occurred as a result of the problems of economic markets in the whole world who make entire sectors of the economy markets experienced a collapse and the impact on other sectors . Which becomes a problem in terms of this is the risk of the value of the exchange currency money and the occurrence of fluctuations in the value of exchange currency money internationally which led to a decrease in the value of the exchange currency for money in countries developing. That is, because the use of fiat money system based only on the belief of its value without any intrinsic value in fiat money form . The purpose of this research is to know how big is the risk of the value of exchange and volatility that is generated in the use of value exchange currency currency exchange rate of Dinar ( Gold ), Dollars USA, Euro and Yuan as the eyes of money internationally. This research is a study of Library Research with quantitative research type, by obtaining secondary data from site Internet. By taking samples as much as 60 months of each exchange Dinar Gold, Dollars USA, Euro and Yuan by way of purposive sampling and using the Analysis Time Series with Eviews 7.2. The results of the research of this is that the volatility of the value of the exchange currency for money top is Dinar Emas with value of 0.036590, while the volatility of most small is the value of the exchange currency Yuan with a value of 0.018472. Dinar Gold has a value of volatility and risk value of the exchange of the most high , so that when the dinar gold is used in terms of trade internationally and the company would have borne the risk of market which is bigger than use with US Dollars, and more. Suggestions of researchers is hopefully the research further more better and get the data the price of the commodity of gold that is more clear and accurate between the value of the price of gold that with the availability of a form of gold.

Abstract

The Aim of this research are to determine the strategy of the Moeslem Square MSME business development of the big family of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna and to know Islamic business ethics in the business development strategy of the big family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. The Business of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna is a fast growing business in Muslim fashion products that are external and internal strategies of business development. The branch of bussiness like Aluminum and Glass Mabrur along with its branches, mabrur boutiques, as-salaam boutiques, kalila boutiques, and nirmala boutiques that have been known by many people in the city of Ngawi. This is because this business has a very Islamic development method and its own characteristics and always provides the best quality of goods and services for its customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in a business location in order to obtain data using primary data sources through interviews, observation and documentation, and to support this research also used secondary data taken from books, journals and other sources related to Islamic business ethics in business development strategies extended family Mr. H. Abstract

Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is one of the institutions that is considered successful in productive waqf management. Annisa Taylor as one of the waqf business units at PMDG Putri 1 has a very important role in economic development. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development strategy of the taylor waqf business unit at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor based on SWOT analysis. This research plan uses a qualitative descriptive method. This method discusses the results obtained from direct visits, interviews, and literature reviews which are then used as conclusions in the formulation of existing problems. The results of this study indicate that the Annisa Taylor sector has: strengths (s) making clothes according to consumer desires, no shortage of labor (employees), distributing goods to alumni lodges, and cooperating with management in improving human resources; weaknesses (w) unable to follow trends, less space for production, human resources in quality have not met market needs, sizes that do not meet demand, do not have appreciation or appreciation; opportunity (o) producing more goods when the Drama Arena or Panggung Gembira event is held, more income at the beginning of the year (influx of prospective students), the existence of alumni huts, putting production goods for sale in mini markets or Latansa depots; threat (t) busy activities, embroidery sewing machines that hamper the quality of labor.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data PBS, ITB Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Disamping itu, pemasaran konvensional tidak memiliki batasan atau pedoman dalam menjalani kegiatan perekonomian. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Dengan demikian integrasi bauran pemasaran yang Islami dapat menjadi alternatif dalam memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bauran pemasaran islam hanya sekedar teoritis dan belum ada bukti empiris. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran Islam terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan objek penelitian di Ummilovely. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan PLS-SEM dengan varibel dependen (bauran pemasaran Islam 4p), dan variabel independen (kepuasan dan loyalitas). Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer, dengan sempel sebanyak 60 responden. Dari hasil pengujian, didapat pemasaran Islam memiliki pengaruh yang postif terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Akan tetapi, hanya bauran tempat, dan kepuasan yang memiliki relevansi secara segnifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dengan ini, peneliti berharap penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produk yang ada dengan memperbanyak variasi produk, dengan harga yang sesuai. Selain itu, dalam hal promosi disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk lebih gencar lagi dalam mempromosikan produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the expenses and revenue of the Annisa Bakery Gontor Putri Campus 1 business division. A qualitative descriptive method was utilized, employing a case study approach at the Mantingan branch of the Annisa Bakery Business Unit located in Ngawi, East Java. Data was collected through financial records encompassing both costs and sales generated during a single production cycle. The findings of this study reveal that the average monthly revenue obtained by the Annisa Bakery business unit amounted to IDR 46,336,500, while the total expenses incurred by the business unit amounted to IDR 18,817,500. Moreover, the analysis indicates that the bread business conducted by the Annisa Bakery business unit is considered feasible, as the R/C ratio exceeds 1, with a value of 3.40.
