<![CDATA[Abstrak: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian Quasi Experimental. Hasil penelitian ini pada tahap perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah mengacu pada tujuan pembelajaran yang mengarahkan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, pada tahap pelaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dirancang sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran model pembelajaran berbasis masalah selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kedua observer kelas eksperimen lebih kritis daripada kelas kontrol, dan pada tahap evaluasi penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat dilihat dari hasil post-test. Skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksperimen 73,89, sedangkan hasil post-test kelas kontrol 62,78. Skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada hasil post-test kelas kontrol.
