Abstract

Kegiatan IbM bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan dalam berdakwah  kepada dua (2) mitra, yaitu Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sokaraja dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sokaraja. Pelatihan keterampilan dalam khotbah ini sangat berguna bagi kedua mitra karena keterampilan ini mendukung kegiatan dakwah dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan-kegiatan seperti; Manajemen TPQ-TPQ di desa-desa di sekitar mitra dan pengisian  pengajian di masyarakat sekitar panti. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah : Peningkatan motivasi berdakwah, pelatihan manajemen dakwah, pelatihan menulis teks, pelatihan membuat media dakwah yaitu power point dan pelatihan menggunakan power point untuk berdakwah, pelatihan menggunakan Al Qur’an digital dan Program Hadis digital, serta memfasilitasi Hadis digital. Kata kunci : pelatihan , manajemen dakwah, media dakwah.

Abstract

In the discussion about product Shari'ah financial institutions, Murabaha product into a product that is always in doubt syar'i. Then the article the results of this study aims to gain an overview of how the application of Murabaha product in KSU Sejahtera UMP. Is it in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah in terms of both technical/hakikatnya. Artikel axiological and in terms of the results of this study using a qualitative approach. While data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis through three procedures of data reduction, data display and conclusion. From the data obtained and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that technically/axiological, Murabaha product implementation at KSU Sejahtera Sharai UMP has met the criteria. For example KSU Sejahtera UMP has positioned the institution as a seller, though not directly provide these items in place but KSU Welfare has established cooperation with several providers of goods required by customers.

Abstract

Encouraging healthy economic activity requires a capital market that provides a source of spending in the long term. So that investment in capital goods can lead to increased production of the producing labor market. Investment has become a muamalah activity that is recommended in Islamic teachings, so that platforms and applications that support investment activities have begun to emerge, such as the Bibit application. The Bibit application is one of the applications that provides mutual fund services and helps novice investors in starting an investment. This application also provides a choice of sharia mutual funds, in which there are several sharia investment startups. However, in-depth research is needed on the mechanism of sharia mutual funds through the application of Bibit perspective Fatwa DSN-MUI NUMBER: 20/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. This research uses a library research approach. The results of investment activities or investment in the capital market are activities carried out by property owners (shahibu al-maal) against issuers (company owners), with the aim of obtaining profits or expected profits.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether the factors that influence people's decisions in choosing Islamic banks, especially bank interest views, level of education, perceptions of service, acceptance of promotions and spiritual intelligence, considering that Islamic banks have experienced development but seen from the market share are still small. This study uses a quantitative field approach, using a questionnaire distributed to 347 respondents who were selected in clusters around Purwokerto. The collected data were analyzed using logistic regression after first being tested with the overall model fit test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the bank interest perspective, education level and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect, even though the bank interest perspective was negative. Islamic banks are advised to penetrate the market on consumers with a higher education background (S1) and consumers who have high spiritual intelligence. This study is the first study to use logistic regression on the Y variable.

Abstract

This research originates from statutory regulation number 24 of 2004 regarding the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The existence of these statutory regulations provides a sense of certainty for every customer in carrying out financing and savings activities at Islamic financial institutions. However, not all Islamic financial institutions are registered as members of deposit insurance institutions. One of them is an Islamic financial institution, Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT). Whereas in the Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) there is customers' money that must be ensured for their savings deposits. Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi'yah, for example, in his financial reports from 2019 to 2021 has a large amount, in 2019 with a total deposit of Rp. 14,790,416,786, in 2020 with a total deposit of Rp.15,494,878,688, and in 2021 with a total deposit of Rp. 15,900,496,978. From the data above, it can be seen that in Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi'yah itself, the number of customer deposits increases every year but are still not registered as a deposit insurance institution. This research is a type of library research with the nature of descriptive qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. Research with the type of research library research is research with primary data sources and secondary data using a book, journal, or other scientific works related to this research and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning Deposit Insurance Corporation. In the concluding part, the researcher will describe in narrative form why Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) has not been registered as a participant in a deposit insurance institution.

Abstract

The dimension of Islamic law can be achieved by emphasizing the theory of benefit as the main consideration for determining a law. One of them is an effort to review istishab as an argument for determining the law, namely by determining the status of the origin. Sometimes the origin is permissible, free from demands, and sometimes it is permanent. Istishab is a method of ijtihad. Ijtihad is the inner dynamic for the birth of change to maintain the comprehensiveness of Islamic law. Istishab itself is a source of law that is debated by scholars and whether istishab itself is included as a proof or not. The first opinion says hujjah as a legal determination, the second istishab is not used as a proof in making law, the third is a proof in determining new problems. Istishab is also widely applied in various cases, both in the fields of family law, criminal, civil and economic law. More than that, the important value of the application of istishab is the principle of law in Indonesia (the principle of presumption of innocence), the principle of legality and the principle of Nullum delictum nulapoena sine praevia leg poenali makes it important to be studied further.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth since the establishment of Bank Muamalat in 1992; however, its market share remains relatively small compared to conventional banking. This condition raises questions regarding the gap between the ideality of Sharia principles grounded in maqasid al-shariah and the social reality characterized by low financial literacy, regulatory frameworks that are not yet fully adaptive, and fragile public trust. This study aims to analyze the problems of Islamic financial literacy, public trust, and regulation as the main factors influencing the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative literature review method with thematic analysis of previous studies published in both national and international journals. The findings indicate that low public literacy hinders Islamic financial inclusion, regulatory overlap with the conventional system creates uncertainty, and public trust is strongly influenced by transparency, efficiency, and product innovation. This article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive strategy encompassing the enhancement of Islamic financial literacy, regulatory harmonization, and the strengthening of product innovation so that Islamic banking can bridge the gap between Sharia ideality and social reality and contribute more significantly to national economic development. Novelty of this study lies in the development of a conceptual framework that bridges the ideals of Sharia with social realities through the integration of financial literacy, public trust, and regulatory policies. Its scientific contribution is the provision of a systemic perspective, emphasizing that the advancement of Islamic banking cannot rely solely on product expansion, but must be supported by financial literacy, regulatory consistency, and innovation grounded in maqasid al-shariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai peranan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dilakukan pada produk pembiyaan musyarakah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan objek penelitian di KJKS BMT Dana Mentari Mersi, sementara teknik adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktik pembiayaan musyarakah lebih sedikit dibanding jumlah nasabah pada pembiayaan murabahah dikarenakan kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah. Namun, bila ditinjau dari aspek perkembangan usaha, usaha nasabah yang melakukan pembiayaan musyarakah sebagian besar maju, walaupun sebagain sama seperti sebelum melakukan pembiayaan. KJKS BMT Mitra Mentari berperan penting dalam UMKM, namun kurangnya promosi dalam pembiayaan musyarakah menyebabkan kurangnya nasabah pada produk ini. Selain itu, KJKS BMT Mitra Mentari kurang berani untuk mencairkan dana untuk usaha yang baru berdiri, sehingga beberapa hambatan dalam UMKM antara lain kepercayaan masyarakat yang pada awalnya masih kurang. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, masyarakat sudah mulai percaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi lembaga amil zakat infaq shadaqah dalam mengatasi pemberdayaan perekonomian mustahik di Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan  metode deskriptif kualitatif yang penulis laksanakan dengan menggunakan data kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data mennggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah  (1) zakat sangat berperan dalam pemberdayaan perekonomian mustahik hal ini terbukti dengan berkembangnya usaha dari para mustahik yang semakin meningkat, (2) penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq, shaqdaqah (ZIS) diperoleh dengan cara jemput zakat atau dengan cara muzakki menyerahkan dana kepada Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Shadaqah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU), (3) berkembangnya usaha yang dilakukan oleh mustahik dapat menajdi tolak ukur seberapa besar strategi yang dilakukan LAZISMU dalam pemberdayaan perekonomian mustahik, (4) pengelolan dan pendistribusian dana zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) diprioritaskan pada program pendayagunaan yang produktif, (5) adanya faktor penunjang yaitu mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan yang kreatif, (6) adanya faktor penghambat yaitu masih banyaknya dari para pengurus Muhammadiyah yang belum memiliki kesadaran untuk membayar zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) , minimnya respon dari para AUM untuk dapat bersinergi dengan LAZISMU untuk bekerjasama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya, psikologis, pelayanan, promosi dan pengetahuan tentang produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah  dalam memilih bank syariah (studi kasus pada nasabah BPRS Khasanah Ummat). Jenis penelitian ini mengguanakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden kepada nasabah BPRS Khasanah Ummat. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji statistik regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pelayanan, promosi, dan pengetahun tentang produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah. Sedangkan variabel budaya dan psikologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah. Bila dibandingkan dengan ketiga variabel pelayanan, promosi dan pengetahuan, variabel promosi memiliki pengaruh dominan dengan angka 0,000 untuk nilai sig dan 0,705 untuk nilai regresi.
